On top of that, it was a unique experience working with a private broker who don't charge a broker fee. The amazing thing was that he offered me rate from a B Lender which was even better than top 5 bank's rates. Intelli works with a good numbers of investors/lenders and as far as I understood it, they work for the best interests of their clients.

Kam, who was in-charge of my file was very calm and supportive and she never made me feel or gave me mortgage shocks (like other so called mortgage advisors do). For that Matter of fact, I didn't even know that the mortgage has been closed. This is known to me by far the best mortgage team. She has been super helpful and works around our needs to get us the best deals. I know I ask one too many questions and every time she takes the time to ensure I understand what we're getting into.
