Outcome is beyond my expectations. I had initial consultation over the phone, explained details and Ben told me what could be achieved. After that I took few hours to fill out intake form and provide all the relevant information. From that point most of communication was through emails, Ben and his assistant Lori were updating me right away as case evolved and Ben would give me his opinion on each new fact as it would appear. I was patient and took all of Ben's advice which worked out great for me. I must say that he is very knowledgeable, professional, polite and efficient. I decided to retain him on contingency basis as I wasn't sure how long entire process would take. It turned out that he was able to make the settlement so fast that it might have been smarter for me if I have chosen to pay by the hour. He told me that I could achieve my goal by submitting ESA claim and that I don't need to hire him as that would be unnecessary cost! And he was right. And that is why four years later I went straight to him without hesitation to represent me in much bigger case. Thank you Ben and Lori!
