Various circumstances over the next couple of years until now prevented us from being able to move forward with his application, but our contact Harley was patient and available for all of our questions throughout that entire period. We sent a weird amount of emails back and forth over these almost two and a half years, and she was always quick to respond in email or set up a call as needed, and we felt comfortable knowing that we could count on her and her team to help us out throughout what was a long, drawn out process to gather the correct documents (It was a long process because of us, not my visa source!) But the logic of working with My Visa Source is that you feel yourself too much secure while working with them and the process goes very smooth, thanks to them. I mean, I did my application in march 2021 and my PR was approved in January 2022. During this period I did not receive any additional question from IRCC. Because Harley and Natasha helped me a lot to do complete application and I was not required to submit any additional explanations or documents.
