★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Norman had ZERO customer service skills. No Hello, no please, no thank you. "Insert your card.... INSERT!" Very unprofessional, and unfriendly. I needed to ask for my receipt, and handed to me without a word. Had to ask to find out whether there was anything else to do. Nothing said, not even eye-contact. Ain't coming back to this branch again.
