Love it already! I have been with Wealthsimple now for almost 2 years. Not any longer. I wont lie, Wealthsimple changed the playing field in Canada with many things such as their Trade app and the simplicity of investing in registered or non-registered accounts. My deposit from my RBC account into my InvestEase account was made in real time, and within 48 hours, you should see positions reflected on your account. That's extremely quick turnaround. It will allow me to get in on these turbulent markets without having to wait a week or more like competition. I am very pleased that I can now have investments, chequing, savings, credit cards..etc all in one app, with one bank (who's customer service has been killing it lately).

With very low management fees that is one of the best in self style investing, I am very pleased with my decision to park my money with RBC InvestEase. I have the majority of my investments with their sister company RBC Direct Investing and have also been pleased with their operation.

Takes .5 seconds to take my money by 5 days to get it from you. Makes perfect sense… do not invest with this. It says RBC but they can’t access it. It’s garbage service

Worst service ever!!!! I have got a cheque that needs to be deposited to my RRSP it was issued on the 4th of Feb and didn't get deposited until this day of March 3,2022. I was tired of calling the customer service to know what's going on ,but they all seems fake trying to give me false hope. I called on to tell them to return the cheque to the issuer but they are still making excuses delaying . so regretted with my decision.

I received a terrible advice from RBC. RBC asked me to open an RBC InvestEase account so I could invest in ETFs through the account. Instead silly RBC opened an RRSP account for me and invested in ETFs under the RRSP goal. Now I will be losing 20% in WHT. I used my hard earned savings to invest in RBC. Never going to trust RBC ever and would stop banking with the bank. Regret listening to them and their staff.

It's been 2 weeks since I tried to withdraw the money from the Investease account and am still waiting. Most free investments apps like Wealthsimple are easier, more convenient and have better returns.

I spend 2weeks to wait for money transfer from RBC InvestEase to RBC direct invest. I called custom service twice and confirmed nothing wrong of application process. The customer service answered friendly but can't do anything. One minutes to transfer money to them, but don't know how long will take to withdraw the money.

I started with rbc investease with the understanding that it was a robo advisor that has averaged 5-10% ROR since 2018 which sounds amazing. I called and spoke to someone who was very friendly and knowledgable and he explained to me that it would buy and sell stocks based on its algorithm which is exactly what I thought it was, seemed like a great idea I was under the impression it would sell stocks that are high and buy stocks that are low.......................I was so wrong. After about 3 days from transferring money into the account it bought 6 ETFS all of which were canadian stocks of very similiar origin, and all of which were on almost all time highs!! I didnt think to much of it as I was thinking it would sell them off if they started to drop and rebuy a rising stock...NOPE it did literaly NOTHING, I watched my money dwindle for about 4 months and had enough, this is not what was advertised, not a single sale or purchase of any other stocks, it just hung onto those same 6 etfs and did notbing. I don't doubt the 5-10% statistic but if you look at almost every single etf since the covid crash and rise they are all up around that amount or more, so it is nothing to do with the robo advisor, it just happened to come in at a time where investease was able to claim the success was due to their program. Instead try out direct investing and google promo codes before you make an account anywhere there are some great deals, 100 free trades, first 2 years no fees, good stuff like that. I used promo WCF07 for rbc direct invest 100 free trades. As for customer support, they are friendly and readily available/helpful I would rate them higher alone, the program itself is not good, when I decided to sell off the stocks it took 2 days since the request which seemed like a really long time to hang onto stocks you want no part of. Hopefully this was helpful for everyone, I wish I had this info before I signed up myself.
