1) Great returns, much better than any other advisor ever did for me.
2) Ease of investing which brings peace of mind.
3) Great service from dedicated and knowledgeable staff.
4) Simplicity of investment choices.
5) Professional website with easy to use reports.
6) Great transparency on our investments.
7) I can sleep at night knowing that my retirement funds are well looked after. That one may be the most important one after all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nest Wealth is very easy to work with; very responsive to email requests; has a good, easy to use Dashboard to monitor your results and a really good blog (weekly email) that is interesting and helpful. I frequently share it with extended family and friends. This is a good place to deposit money that performs much better than your Bank's high interest savings account!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps we are just the unlucky ones. Computer glitches, custodian errors, poor communication about the transfer from our former investment group. It seems if they touch anything we have asked the to touch, something has gone wrong. As an investment tool, I am sure it will be fine. Easy to use and intuitive. Just don't ask them to do anything.
Addendum: After 2 years, we've reached rock bottom. Although they have just hired a new Customer Success Manager, we will not be along to see how he does. We went through 2 weeks of no contact, no emails, no answers. Could not get anyone to respond. Once the new mgr came on board, we had our questions answered then have decided to leave. I will never forget the feeling of desperation when we couldn't contact anyone to access OUR money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definately gone downhill. I would look to put your money elsewhere, as I am doing. Fees doubled this year, service is terrible, takes forever with many hurdles to get your money out, no customer service. I have waited 8 months to transfer my RRSP. Luckily it never happened, so I won't need to transfer it out!

Even after I closed my account (through no fault of Nestwealth) Dax at customer support helped me get all of my tax documents that I required when requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Nest Wealth for 4 years. Up until recently, I have been very pleased with their service and repsonse time . In the last month, it is impossible to get anyone to respond. Requests are replied with only auto-responses that there may be delays to do high customer request. Phone appointment system is not working. Clearly they are understaffed to meet custmomer needs. I will move my accounts from from NestWealth. Not even the CEO Randy Cass replies

Having my RRSP account with Nest Wealth at Work was a terrible experience. My RRSP investment fund did not sit in my account due to issues at Nest Wealth. I almost lost my RRSP deadline for 2020. Nest Wealth has the worst customer service I've ever seen. They don't have a number to call and don't respond to any emails. Terrible customer service! You can not even schedule a call with them. Try to contact them and you would see what I mean. After 5 months of trying to communicate with them no one responded to my email. How can I have access to my investment if you claim to be a virtual organization but you don't answer to calls or emails? I don't have any option to transfer funds from my online account to any other organization. How can I access my investment then? THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING and after 5 months it is still not resolved. Terrible experience !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is great about them, low fees great return on investment, sound diversification. But you cannot get anyone to answer to you anymore, emails go weeks answered and no phone information is allowed. I was trying to set up extra accounts and no one was replying. What happens when you need your funds for something? You cannot wait months to see if someone replies to you.
