So every time you need tech support you will have to pay for the supports This is a terrible way to run a business.sell a very expensive product, make it impossible to program, then force the end user to buy support for installer... terrible business practice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The software works well but the billing practices are awful. Staff are incompetent and cannot stop billing. We used them until we sold the store and paid a 3 month cancellation fee. They then proceeded to continue billing the monthly amount. I complained after the 1st billing error and they issued a refund cheque. Next month another bill charged to my credit card. I have emailed and got no response from anyone.
I now have to dispute the charge through my bank which is a huge pain all because the admin department is incompetent. Very Frustrating.
