Signing up for training sessions at this gym has been one of the best decisions I made. The location itself is very well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My trainer Duc has helped me out immensely when it comes to doing lifts properly and safely, as well as helping to keep me motivated every week. I’ve noticed very positive changes in my posture and mobility, as well as my overall strength and level of fitness in a relatively short amount of time. It made me realize how many mistakes I’d been making in the past when it came to going to the gym on my own. Highly recommended!

Training in gyms my entire life ! I need positivity, motivation and kindness in order to stay consistent, disciplined and number 1. My life revolves around the gym. The gym is my life ! I appreciate and respect Danny the general manager for his display of professionalism and dedication to making me feel welcomed and strong ! But not just him the entire front desk from the time you walk in is full of positivity and motivation and always smiling and kind. So Gaby, Eliana, Jerome, Daniel, Brian, Ashton and everyone else I'm grateful !!!

Even it located in a busy area, you get no trouble doing whatever exercises you want. It has sufficient equipments, clean and well maintained. Signing up personal training session here is one of my best decisions I ever made, which totally changed my life in a good way. I trained with Phil at beginning, but unfortunately he no longer working here anymore. So Andrew Delgado turned to be my new trainer. Both of them are amazing, responsible and well knowledged. Fitness manager Brian is also an amazing person here, super accommodated and care for members who training here. Overall, this gym is a gem in DT, and top recommended!

First gym so I have nothing to compare it to but so far its been great! Facility is well-maintained, staff are welcoming, and very friendly atmosphere. Shoutout to Brian for helping me in skills acquisition and mobility exercises! I appreciate the positive vibes and constant feedback to keep me motivated.

Amazing place! Great energy! I tried the personal training program and had Duc as my personal trainer, he was fantastic! Took the time to explain how the muscles and body work and made sure I had the right technique each time. His commitment and dedication is above and beyond. I am glad he gave me the motivation I needed to continue my fitness journey!

It's an alright gym I guess. Pretty expensive for what you get, though. There are lots of machines and it is pretty clean. It's super busy basically every day from about 4:00 - 9:00 which is understandable. On the downside, the orientation / "tour" is just a neverending sales pitch for personal training sessions. You're wandering around and then all of a sudden you're in this interview about your fitness levels answering these super cringe questions. So awkward. And then even after I said no 5000 times I received multiple emails and calls. They even signed me up for a training session without telling me and then someone left me a voicemail "checking if I was still available". No, shut up. Also I don't know why, but they absolutely BLAST music in the change room. There's no avoiding it - there's speakers everywhere you go. Quite annoying.

I've been lifting at this gym for about a year and recently decided to leave as I have my own home gym set up now. I'm a seasoned lifter and I often make an effort to source the gyms with the best inventory of equipment. This gym is smaller than other locations but it has everything you need to get a great workout in. I would always recommend this gym to people in Liberty Village. Danny, the GM is also extremely kind and interactive with the staff and members and will take extra care in any of your requests or needs. Cheers, and I'll be back soon!

I just wanted to thank you for suggesting Tim Park as my personal trainer, I have nothing but great comments about him. Tim and I have worked together for 4 months , and I have seen amazing results , not only on my physical aspect but also on my metal well- being. Tim is definitely a one of a kind trainer, he makes every single session different and challenging . He is dedicated, organized, punctual, reliable , super knowledgeable, and very professional. One of the things that I value the most is his ability to read my energy during my training session . Tim knows perfectly when to push me more and when to slow me down to prevent an injury. I think , this has been crucial during my fitness journey. Not to mention that he makes sure I get all my sessions done as consistency is key. I cannot thank Tim enough for being a huge support and for ensuring that my fitness goals are met . I totally recommend Tim as a personal trainer , and I can assure anyone that he will exceed your expectations. I have worked with great trainers in the past, but it was not until I started training with Tim that I noticed significant results. Thank you Brian for always being accommodating, I know I am a difficult client, but I am super happy with the way you have handled all situations .
