Immediately, after our first class, we were hooked. The level of professionalism from the coaches was next level. I always felt safe and that my physical health was a top priority. Classes are extremely challenging, and the coaches are so motivating. They will push you past any plateaus and help you achieve your fitness goals. The community that they foster there is also incredible. Amy, the owner, really has done something special with this place. Would 100% recommend this gym to anyone, check them out!

The environment is welcoming to athletes at all fitness and skill levels and the coaching/programming prioritzes technique over speed/weight. On top of this a lot of thought goes into the warm-up routines which I appreciate from an injury prevention standpoint (a common critisim of Crossfit type workouts). All in all there's nowhere I would rather train. Highly recommend.

From professional, attentive and friendly coaches that will help you scale the workout to your ability and perfect your form, to great equipment and friendly members. I came to Delta as a complete crossfit novice, and thanks to the staff and members, came out more confident and stronger. It therefore does not come as a surprise to me, the love towards this gym and the community it has built.

I have never been afraid of injury because the coaches truly know what they're doing and make sure your form is always a top priority. Love the atmosphere, energy and have made some of my best friends in this gym. Thanks guys!
M	Maame Cobby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just joined Delta Train two weeks ago and my overall experience has been great. Learnt a lot in the last 2 weeks. I always look forward to the classes. The coaches are very knowledgeable and help walk you through the techniques. Most importantly the environment is very positive. Every class I see people pushing themselves and the coaches have created an atmosphere where individuals can challenge themselves while executing the techniques properly and correctly. There is a workout curriculum posted before class so you can see the target goal beforehand. Overall an amazing gym with good coaches & trainers. The gym is super clean too with lots of new equipment for use so that's always a perk. If you want to challenge yourself then Delta Train is the place to be.
