The recipient was very happy and had many good things to say about the contents - highly recommend for both service and quality!

Before I came to Canada, as a child I would always watch these christmas movies and I adore the scenes where people shop in these cute little stores. I couldn't understand what they were saying cause I didn't speak the language back then but the atmosphere was always amazing. I don't normally shop at local places but this store might change that for me. I love how it feels. Like the night is cold outside, you walk into the store, the store bell rings, the shopkeeper asks how you're doing and gets back to restocking shelves, the music is being played faintly in the background as you slowly browse through the store humble but cute and interesting collection of items, some even look homemade. The shopkeeper have to ask you to help her with the price of your item cause they don't use a scanner but have to manually punch in the price of each item. How authentic! You look outside through the front display glass and see the dark sky filled with small bits of snow slowly falling down, feeling relaxed from the comfort of the store's warmth and music. I may have over-romanticized the experience but the thought has stuck with me for days so I had to write this down.
J	Julia McRae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best candy store in the city. The Candy Bar is by far my favourite place to get pick n mix candies and other imported treats (they even have percy pigs which are VERY hard to find). Amazingly curated and wonderful customer service. Love this place!

Thus I found the Candy Bar online. Wonderful, easy website, incredible selection, good prices. Paola, the owner, is a SWEETHEART! Offered me a fab deal on Catherine Rolls as they were near best before (but fine). When an item wasn’t in stock she got back promptly & offered an alternative. The box arrived quickly, beautifully packed….what a fantastic place to shop! Thank you Paola!

When I picked up the order, the owner was super helpful and nice in finding replacement candies for out of stock items. Great store, candy selection and customer service!!

The order process was easy and they had an amazing selection of her and her family's favourites. Within an hour of ordering they reached out that sadly they didn't have one item but could substitute with the similar one of the same value. They also asked me if I would like a personal note to include with the order which of course I accepted. The order went out the same day. Great service, great people, I will be sure to go to the Candy Bar personally the next time I'm in Toronto with my significant other again.
