★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand it's a busy season for a lot of bike shops. But I mean how is it possible to not have ANYONE answer the phone for 3 days straight? I emailed..i called .. what else am I suppose to do? I just want to place a pre order for a thousand dollar bike.
No return emails.. no answer to phone calls.
Someone please educate me on this problem.
You guys probably need to hire someone just to answer phone calls and email. Stop being cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bike! Excellent service! Highly recommend the shop! Purchased a bike from Giant Toronto a few weeks ago and went back to the shop a few times for adjustment. Chris and Will provided excellent service on bike selection, bike adjustment and riding advice. I greatly appreciate their professional attitudes and their patience to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently picked up my Fathom 2 from Giant Toronto and it was great! Chris and Will are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions about the bike. Even though this location is quite far from me, I’ll probably be ordering the next bike from here in the future, it’s well worth the drive to know that your bike is assembled correctly.
I’ve spent some time on the bike since picking it up and I’m very happy with it, thanks Chris and Will!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah ? I got my bike back ❤️ Can't just explain how I'm feeling right now. "Giant Toronto" store is the hero who helped me here. A guy went there for the charger, and they kept the bike as I informed them with the serial number when my bike got stolen, and called me. They are the hero here, specially Chris. He is amazing. Every possible praises for him. ??❤️??
