Pickup was also great, where Brock patiently showed me the little details around the bike, and helped me load it up into my car. I'm super stoked with the bike and very happy at picking Trek Queen St W!

Jake was an amazing sales rep and was extremely knowledgeable about the mountain bikes I was interested in(Marlin 5 and Marlin 7). The bike mechanic was also great in explaining all the features of the bike and how to perform maintenance, another employee even helped me load the bike into my car. All around a great bike purchasing experience. 5 stars.

They said it would be completed the following day but actually phoned me later in the evening to let me know that the service had been completed. During checkout, they even offered me a $20 coupon because of the service I was paying for. Very happy with the service. Thank you so much for fixing up my bike. I don't drive downtown, so it's super important to me.

J	Joseph Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good customer service. Staff is great and helpful. My big disappointment is their mechanic. I did a bike check after I brought it home. Pretty routine check that I normally do on my mountain bikes. Out of the store many bolts were loose and not tight to proper torque - on handlebar, stem, crank and front wheel. More over, look at the attached pictures, notice how the brake hose is running from outside of the fork? Insane! Look at the brake hose bent right where it connects to the lever. I removed a cap and there was oil leak, I had to undone and straighten the house and rebleed brakes. It's a $5000 bike. Come on! Can you build it properly? I can't believe an experience mechanic can do this mess. Please train your mechanics so they can assemble bikes properly.

In case, I change my mind and cancel the booking some offered refund of full booking amount and some with the partial. When I called Trek Bicycle Queen West on 29th March, they told me that on April 11 you will get the dispatch from U.S and in three week it should get delivered to you. The only condition was I had to make the full payment visiting the shop which was also on a full refund if I cancel my booking. But it was the worth. I purchased the Trek Marlin 7 Marigold to Radioactive Red Fade M from here! Got it delivered on 1st May, Absolutely amazing staff. Amazing customer service. All around a great bike purchasing experience. Keep up the good work.

I called in earlier and discussed my situation with my bike chain and they the staff member on the phone was helpful enough to walk me through the procedure. I came into the store and was greeted and everything felt very welcomed I was assisted with a staff member named Wes he got me set up with the system and was super fast in getting everything ready for me. While waiting for my bike I took a look around the store and the catalog the store has oh man they got things on top of things.. I had a question about bike pedal extensions, another colleague named Akil had all the facts.. not only did I come to the store to get my bike fixed up but also being educated at the same time. These guys got it down packed! The price in total wasn’t that bad at all. Overall a happy customer!! So would recommend!!
