I've shopped at Exclucity in the past but recently, the website, shopping experience, "oversold items", cancelled orders, and store credit (that I did NOT ask for) have been a huge downfall for me. I ordered the Nike Tech Fleece which had the Nike logo on the left chest. I received this cotton like "tech fleece" product which had the Nike logo on the bottom left. After I e-mailed them, they stated that there was "glitch on the site as the product code does not match the product". With all the time workers spend on social media promoting sales and products, this store can at least get the details on online product code to match the actual product. They gave me the return label to return the product back to them. So now, I'm expected to spend more money on packaging just to send them their wrong product back (thanks exclucity). Such a hassle to say the least. I returned the product, then I received an e-mail with a Gift Card for the actual amount I spend buying that tech fleece. I never indicated in my return e-mail that I even wanted a gift card, I seriously just wanted the right product. I think that if a customer indicates otherwise, the right product should be sent or a follow-up e-mail. I should've learned from this experience. I ordered the Air Max 97 online without issues. Received a call the same day and the lady said they had oversold the product. Then why did my transaction go through?! I was offered the Air Max 95 for 40% off. (Ain't nobody want Air Max 95). Terrible experience. I just want a refund on that tech fleece, seriously.

Been to this exclusive shoe/lifestyle store before. If you're looking for limited editions or rarities this is the place to go. They have lots of apparel as well for both men and women's and even kids I believe. Prices are usually regular priced, sometimes they have clearance sales though. Overall I will return when I need my next pair of running shoes and I do also recommend others to check it out.

Was informed that this store constantly backdoors (not just seeding for marketing, but taking product and selling behind for extra money, even raffled pairs). Was even shown how they faked a recent raffle. In addition they private their IG page which is needed for “raffle” entries and do not allow comments on some posts. Owner is very u professional; I believe his name is TrentOutLoud or something on IG - can constantly be seen snapping back at comments and inquiries like a child. Wanted to support so bad but the business and business owner are shady. Raffles are seemingly fake with either no winners or hand picked (ie: not random, can pick his friends or pages that will benefit him like pretty girls and influencers) and a waste of time. In addition I heard they lost their adidas account for this behavior and YouTube videos back up the allegations that the store is shady. New ownership of closure of the store will be a win for not only the Canadian sneaker community, but the community as a whole.

Just another customer with a bad experience. Tried to exchange a pair of unworn in-box Nikes (Christmas present for my little sister) for a larger size and was turned away. It's only two weeks into the new year, but their holiday exchange policy on gift receipts is super limited. I mean,I maybe get if I'm asking for a refund, but a size exchange?! Messaged the "ceo" on Instagram and he told me he can't do anything. Going to contact Nike and share my experience.... Pretty sure they already plan to move all exclusives over to SNKRS in the next 2 years anyways. Would strongly encourage others to checkout some of the other great sneaker retailers in the city before going here. - Roger

This place is a borderline SCAM. They have a good selection online, but the first time I ordered they sent 2 different sizes for one pair of shoes. It took me several efforts to get a response. After weeks I was finally told to return them in store. When I took them to the store, they did not refund me anything. They were instructed by customer service to just take the shoes and I was supposed to trust that I would receive a refund eventually. I had no choice so that is what I did and luckily I received the refund eventually. I then tried to order again thinking it was a one time error , but they cancelled my order. I had used a promo code and asked for a new one since my order was cancelled, and they kept trying to give me codes that were of way less value. The worst part is that they have the worst customer service and they all act like they have no clue what is going on. Very unprofessional. Read the other reviews about ordering online -do not waste your time and efforts. There are other waya better online stores for shoes.

Bought a pair of Nike Prestos on Black Friday. Wore them a lot at work, indoors. The other day the sole started to peel. Called into the store, clearly explained that I bought the shoes 3 months ago & that they had a manufacturers defect. The person I spoke to said that they would exchange them. Not a problem at all. Until I showed up at the store today. Explained what happens & that their staff had approved the return. The manager on duty said no because they had been worn too much. I said that Nike’s should last longer Jan 3 month. Still said no, he said that the person I spoke to didn’t see the shoes. I asked, why she’s approve a return then? No answer. What a joke, train your staff of the proper returns policy. It’s called continuity. I’ll never shop there again. There’s a reason they have a 3/5 rating. Don’t waste your time.

Had an easy time purchasing shoes, they had no trouble taking money from my paypal account. Size was a bit too big, so I returned them in store with a 3-5 day promise it will appear back in my account. Followed up with support every 2-3 weeks, online and on the phone. Always got the response of "we'll get it done right away" Its April now, and I just got my refund after another time contacting them

I ordered Jordan Mids and received the wrong shoe. I was told to return the shoes via mail and once they confirmed they weren’t worn then they would send me the correct shoe. This did not happen. They did give me a refund but that is not what I wanted. This was supposed to be a Christmas present but instead my child didn’t receive any shoe at all. I sent a follow up email and have not heard back from them. I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority.
