Dan expertly walked me through the process of buying just the right bike for my needs, answered every question I had, and made the process incredibly enjoyable and memorable. I brought home a fantastic bike, but just as importantly I found a store that treats customers like family. I am a fan for life, and thanks to Dan and his team, every ride will be that much more enjoyable.

Everyone is knowledgeable, courteous, customer minded, and always looking to make sure that I had the best advice to make the right choice. I recently had dealings with another local bike store and was reminded of just how good Dream Cyclery in the Beaches is. I hope they are around for a long time.

From being assisting with stelar customer service to providing me with valuable knowledge that I will use going forward. It's always a pleasure stopping in... even if it begins out with a pesky flat tire. There are many bike shops in my area that have rave reviews and very long term tenure. There's just something awesome about this place that keeps it as the go to for me!

Whether for tune-ups, gear, or troubleshooting issues with my bikes, they are the best. They are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, cost-conscious, patient, timely and transparent. No matter your skill level, they'll listen and explain to a great level of detail ensuring you understand. I've gotten them to do a few different jobs on my bikes and, without fail, it comes back as good as new. If something unforseen comes up, they have called and asked me how I'd like to proceed. They have incredible attention to detail, picking up on things I hadn't even noticed. Hats off to Dan and the team.

The staff and owner have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to reach. Recently I encountered a flat tire and they fixed my bike overnight.
