Asked if they could hold it for me till I drove to downtown and picked it up which they did! (Didn’t get the person name to give them credit)

Their tracking app (shop) is inaccurate, their courier (Canada Post) lost my package, and their customer service team went from deferring responsibility to straight up ignoring my messages after pingponging me around with little or no help. I paid over $225 to receive nothing but stress. Avoid this place, they're a bunch of crooks.

Wanted to get some jerseys customized and was told to bring them in and they can start the process. Brought them in just to be told they can’t do some of them. I explained on the phone what the jerseys were and what year but was told something completely different in person. Had a few situations where I’ve been told the wrong thing over the phone compared to what I’ve been told when I’ve gone in

So I had to pay $15 to have the pants shipped out to me, then another $20 to shop them back for a refund. That’s $35 out of my pocket for absolutely nothing. There is no chance I’ll ever spend another cent here.
