Saw this TWEET & wondered if these are TRUE offers. This Tim Hortons at 65 Bay Concourse, Union Station, does not OPEN its mobile order. It is always CLOSED! Their staff said, “OWNER does not want to - why give away deals with free stuff when you have continuing queues of customer”! So much for Franchise owners bullying Tim Hortons in not following corporate policies. More than the deals (which is good too), mobile ordering is convenient to order. No need to pull out loyalty cards, credit card etc. Mystery shopping is one continuing way to keep errant franchise owners under check. Or severe penalties for negative google reviews & violating policies. Why not? That’s great customer reach & service.
