L	Lee Avery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not Starbucks so tries harder. The staff are polite and helpful and their coffee tastes better than Starbucks (which I find a little bitter) and the atmosphere is much nicer. It has a more relaxing and homely feel to it that is lacking elsewhere. If you want to take your time and relax while drinking your coffee them I would suggest coming here, I don't think you'll be disappoint.

Bagel was definitely more than a day old , so stale and cold . Cream cheese was not bad though but definitely not going back there.
J	J B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is cozy and nicely designed. I wish they would clean the tables and chairs from liquid and food. Moreover, as other reviews suggest, customer service is poor. The lady who served me didn't pay attention to my order and kept talking to her co- worker, not smiling, not welcoming absolutely no human connection. Also the beverage I ordered (cappuccino) had no flavor. This place is not my cup of coffee.

P	Peter J Stogios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was working on an important document using their Wifi. And then the Wifi died completely. For 10 minutes I couldn’t connect so I left before losing my work completely. Please fix your Wifi. People value it, especially if we are paying $3 for drip coffee.

Definitely not even if Starbucks is super busy! The staff who took my order needs better training, she needs to take 10 steps to starbucks to see the difference!
