β β β β β This place was bumpinβ for a Wednesday night! Arrived after 8pm and there were a few tables, people slowly kept trickling in until it was quite busy at 10pm! Good crowd, good vibes, lots of TVs, sports on all of βem, menu has TONS of stuff on it, there is something for everyone. Service was what youβd expect, not amazing but servers and hosts are friendly! Food actually was better than I expected! Covid protocols in place but are easy to follow, of course. Overall pleasant experience! See no reason not to give 5 stars. Service was good, server was nice, restaurant and bathrooms super clean and food was good! Would come back here to catch the game or even a beer before the game! Cheers!

β β β β β We order the Italian style pizza and it was very delicious. However, the pasta was not as great as the pizza. So my advice is to choose from their specialty: pizza. You will not regret it?.
They have Covid-19 measures in place.

β β β β β Service was a bit slow even though it didn't seem to be a peak time. I was here with my husband, a friend and my almost 2 year old daughter. We ordered the kids combo for her which says it comes with a dessert. It felt like once we got our food our server didn't stop by at all to see if we needed anything else.
My husband and friend got a $17 combo for a burger, fries and beer. They enjoyed it and were quite full. I had a chicken clubhouse on a ciabatta bun. It was very tasty and flavourful.
We waited quite a quite for a server to come back so we could tell them what ice cream my daughter wanted. My daughter couldn't sit still that long and so I walked around the restaurant with her to help pass the time. We asked for the ice-cream to go so that we could get my daughter into her stroller and head out.
Decent food for the price, we were all full, just a lot of wait time after receiving our food for dessert and the cheque.

β β β β β Beautiful looking, but subpar experience. The staff here are kind and friendly, but extremely slow and unattentive.
When getting our food it tasted ok. Our drinks came out quite slow and refills were hard to come by because our server didn't/wouldn't come check on us. I finally had to ask other staff for assistance in getting refills, Parmigiano cheese or hot sauce.
The portions were good as well.
The large televisions in the dining area showing the baseball game live were a nice distraction, especially with children in attendance.
UPDATE:
The management was very responsive to this review and very open to listening to the details of my experience. They were non-confrontational and listened intently. Very impressive ?

β β β β β As with all of these barstaurant chains, I always expect the food to range from mediocre to decent and this was more on the mediocre end. The Italian pizza sandwich tasted quite literally, like a standard pizza Slice sandwich. It wasn't great or anything but it was decent enough to fill you up. While I got the Thai bites after, those definitely were a better choice. The overall food experience was average but the restaurant itself is kept very clean. The server was very kind and courteous and there was a lot of room to sit at, despite it being a leafs playoffs game day. Overall I wouldn't suggest the sandwich I purchased but would recommend coming here with a large group of friends.
