★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! This review would not post, unless I put at least 1 star. However, I give this company NO STARS!!!! This was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had with booking a lodging thru Expedia. I booked my room 6 weeks prior to my date of arrival. I confirmed the reservation on 3 separate occasions. Less than 5 days before my arrival, a NAPA representative calls to inform me that 'Expedia' double-booked' the rooms, and that I no longer had a room. And the representative told me to call Expedia and they (Expedia) would find another room for me. I called Expedia, and they were completely unaware of any double booking and confirmed that my reservation was still confirmed. The Expedia representative called NAPA (while I was on hold) and indeed NAPA did make the decision to DROP my reservation. As this company can book their own rooms thru either their website, or thru any other hotel-booking site, I have no doubt that they are taking the highest bidder, and dropping reservations that were booked at lower rates. DO NOT,,,,DO NOT trust this company!!! They WILL NOT hold your reservation!!!!
