★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are currently staying at one of the properties on a Gerrard W , Toronto.
The facility is nice , clean , functional and well appointed .
Our main concern is that they put us one floor above the dog park which makes it impossible to get sleep during the day and dogs barking late at night .
The unit we are in is not desirable due to that . Before booking make sure you are NOT near the dog park !
If we had of known this we would have booked elsewhere.
If we were not here due to our daughter being in the hospital the dog bark park would not be an issue but we rotate staying st the hospital day & night and need our sleep .
Glad to hear that Rachael is working on relocating us !

I highly recommend DelSuites to anyone looking to say in Toronto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with DelSuites for 3 months on a business project with my company. 300 Front was a perfect location and easy to access in getting to work. Everything is within walking distance! Love that it's right across from the Rogers Centre and Ripley's Aquarium! For added security, the building has 24-hour security and even our suite had an alarm system. Perfect service and the condos are well furnished with everything you need. Linens, blankets, towels and a full kitchen to cook! Perfect 'home away from home' experience. I have no hesitation in recommending DelSuites to visitors to Toronto!
