G	Glorymae Coscos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the fact they have all the things I need. A kitchenette with a cooktop, fridge, and basic utensils. It's highly recommended for long-term vacation especially when you are going to Downtown, Toronto.

If their cleaning staff give them the ok that the unit hasn’t been damaged it takes 5-7 business day to get it back. I took pictures of all the damage that was present before I arrived. Futon wouldn’t fold out for 2nd bed. Outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. They knew 2 weeks prior to my vacation that workmen needed to enter the unit for physical fire alarm inspection and the alarm testing was going off for over an hour, no one informed me until the knock on my door. I shared all of these concerns with Life Suites, they offered me $50 off my next booking. I said that was unacceptable! No word back.

They require a security deposit for their units which are falsely marketed. The pictures of the units are not the actual units. Completely falsified. Had to reach out to Airbnb to retrieve the security deposit that was being withheld by this company. Airbnb reimbursed me. Be wary of this company and do your best to avoid them because I promise you will lose money or get it stolen from these people. Can’t say I didn’t warn you

Within walking distance of so many great restaurants. Host was quick to respond if I had any questions. Would definitely come back!

Their support is also very commendable, they reply super fast to your questions and requests. I would definitely come back there next month for my another visit in Toronto. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! ❤️

We were trying to find a good place to sleep the night that is clean and comfortable but with limited budget and we found it here. The units we have were very nice and the staff are very accommodating. Check in and checkout is super easy
D	Devon Jensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I noticed that the bad reviews are complaining about little details like furniture being scuffed and walls not being perfectly cleaned down but that doesn’t matter! The location and the balcony and the amount of space you get alone is worth the price. You can see the CN tower from where out room was and it was amazing. All other hotels I was looking at in the same area were about the same price for so much less. The parking was only 25 a night which is awesome and easy to understand and felt very safe. I think if you’re an older person who doesn’t rely on your smart phone it could be confusing to check in but I found it was very easy to understand what we had to do to check in and park. I would definitely stay here again, just for the balcony and the location alone.
