I would recommend this hotel to everyone, staying for long or just for a short trip. It has everything you need, especially the ttc station right around the corner is a bonus. Our bed was a dream and the view from our room was breathtakingly beautiful. The staff is super friendly, Saudi is our personal favorite. She is super kind and caring. You made our stay so much easier and special. Thank you. 10/10

Great place, my wife and I stayed as we were attending the Snow Patrol concert at meridian hall which was a 2-3 min walk. Hotel was spacious clean and presentable with all the basic commodities required. Nice view from the 19th floor good sized living room, separate large bedroom & kitchen. Highly recommend to stay as location and price was key.

My family & I did not enjoy the stay. Firstly the unit was not cleaned properly. The bedhead is filled with the dust. The couch is stained, there are limited garbage bins, there is not even one in the bedroom. We requested extra towels and pillows and were told to try calling service later on because they were unable to supply due to the laundry . A hotel should be able to accommodate. You’re in business for hospitality and should provide efficient customer service. I don’t even understand why they react when we’re asking for extra towels. Can’t we shower and use an extra towel for our hair? Another disappointment is the parking. They told us to park in the lot which I paid 23.00 for then when we were driving in again to park we were kicked out because they were washing out the lot. How disorganized and such frustration to find a decent parking. The staff do not even greet you properly. They’re only interested in your signature and swiping of your credit card. If you request something or ask a question they’re reacting as if we’re asking for a million dollars. The bed is not even considered as comfortable. I’m just anxious to get out of here. I will not be returning here ever again. Very disappointing. Not worth the money . Doesn’t even deserve a star.

A hidden gem. Tucked away on Colborne St. it doesn’t look like much. But when you discover whats in side and for the price you really are getting luxury at an affordable rate. The room has everything you need and it’s so close to all the city attractions. The staff is friendly, accommodating and eager to respond quickly to any requests. The restaurant is amazing. Delicious food for an excellent stay.

I was torn about how to leave this review because while I had some serious issues with housekeeping quality of work, the staff put a lot of effort into making me happy. The first morning there I took a shower and noticed some long women's hairs wrapped up and stuck to the wall next to the shower handle. Kinda gross that it was missed by housekeeping. On the opposing shower wall as well, a bevvy of various body hairs, I counted almost a dozen. Not impressive, and felt a bit dirty now. Asked to have it properly cleaned, and when I returned I was told it was cleaned and my first night discounted. Got to the bathroom and yes, the floor towel was nicely folded. But guess what? The hairs were all still there- even the long ones that were super obvious! I wasn't super pleased so they moved me to a new room, larger, and were very apologetic. Fine, but this shouldn't happen. Like, REALLY shouldn't happen... Generally, interior is fine, but the details definitely need some touching up. Walls aren't very sound-isolating, so you can hear, for instance, people's doors closing down the hall through the night. Also I was disappointed when the front desk wasn't able to find a match nor lighter. I feel like that's a pretty basic ask of any front desk. FYI the parking is valet only, and while it's only $45/day, there are limits on when you can retrieve your car (not between midnight and 8am) Overall I think this hotel really needs to step up its game, clearly a lot of people have had similar experiences with housekeeping being sub par. Spend some time and effort on getting the edges of the doors and walls cleaned and repainted, and just generally refine everything a bit. I would have given 2 stars due to the hairs in the bathroom that lasted a second visit by housekeeping but they moved me to another room, so I will give 3 stars. Thank you, specifically, for Gherramei for retaining my business, without her quickly offering to move me to a bigger, and verified CLEAN room, the hotel would have entirely lost my business for my trip.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was splendid. The staff is very nice and helpful, the location is very central and convenient and the amenities are very comfortable. The rooms are like little houses, very well equipped with kitchen, cutlery, washers and drier and everything you may need. I definitely recommend and would stay again when in Toronto.

This is a very nice hotel with very nice and respectful staff. The location is great and in walking distance to many good restaurants. We stayed at one bedroom suite. It included a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3-piece bath, love-seat, 2 TVs, and a work station. The room was very clean and nice. The only complaint and the main reason I only gave it a 4-star review is due to the bed and lack of comfort. We found the mattress to be very uncomfortable, and neither of us was able to get a good night of sleep. We woke up with our body aching, which was very unfortunate as we loved everything else about the hotel.

One of the best hotel experiences we have had! This was by far the most affordable, luxury hotel we have stayed at. Situated in the downtown core, we felt all the main attractions were accessible by foot, which made it so handy. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond. Greeted us by name, asked if we needed anything, made great recommendations and surprised us with complimentary champagne, chocolates and a note for our anniversary. This will definitely be our go-to hotel anytime we head to Toronto. Look forward to going back.
