H	H. Duffhues on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, quiet & well cared for suites. I had to stay for a week long transplant assessment & was very close to the hospitals. Micheal was a pleasure to deal with & made sure my stay was less stressful, for which I am very grateful. Close to all amenities, with great 24/7 security. Will definitely stay there again & recommend them.

Was in town for a week long course and it was perfectly situated, close to all amenities, shops, transportation, etc. The rates were phenomenal considering hotel rates in downtown Toronto. We enjoyed having a kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, fireplace, bedroom. It was a home away from home. Room was spotless, the place was quiet and fully secured. Last but not least the manager Mike was absolutely phenomenal, very responsive to our every need, friendly and accommodating and provided service with a smile. He is definitely an asset to this company. We will definitely book Canada Suites in the future.

We got the presidential suite with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Keep in mind this is NOT a hotel so there won't be any housekeeping service. It's a fully furnished apartment with full size kitchen, living room (two couches with pull out bed), dinning room (with 6 chairs) and washer and dryer. They supply you with EVERYTHING from day one. It will be hard to stay at a regular hotel again after staying at this amazing place. Mike thanks for making the check in process easy and informative.
D	D L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at Canada Suites on Bay for 5 days while my son received treatment at SickKids hospital. We booked the stay only days prior to our arrival and did not have any issues. Host was very accommodating, even when we made a super last minute request to extend our stay for an extra night. Host was also very patient with me as we communicated through email/text and (slowly) returned our signed agreement and invoices. The place was clean when we arrived and had fresh linen as well as basic home essentials (soaps, cleaning supplies, etc) for us to use. Would def stay here again!
C	Cal Strode on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't book because the sales agent behaved like a total shark, I told him I'd found another monthly rate for 3000 CAD to see if he could offer a better rate than the 4k+ quoted, he proceeded to insult my intelligence by suggesting the studio I found is way below the market rate and there must be something wrong or it's a scam, he then compared the price to Starbucks? told me I'm welcome to call back if it turned out to be in a dangerous area... extremely cynical and frankly rude sales technique!
J	Jeff P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to stay if you need to walk three times a day to Sick Kids with a five year old. Michael was very helpful and the suite that we had was perfect for our needs. Having our own kitchen and washer and dryer was amazing. Will be back again!

The pool, hot tub and weight room also came in handy during downtime. Would definitely recommend. Their representative was helpful with any questions I had as well.
H	Heidi Stegmayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 8 nights at Canada Suites on Bay in February while a family member had surgery at Toronto General Hospital and it was perfect. The location was outstanding and was only a five minute walk to the hospital, making visits so easy. Really, the Suites are close to everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, groceries, parks, attractions, etc., were all extremely close. Having the option to purchase underground, secure parking was also a major bonus so that we didn't have to worry about more expensive parking lots, feeding meters or snow removal. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite, which afforded us extra space and privacy. The Suite had a small but perfectly appointed kitchen with everything you need, which was wonderful for cooking our own meals and making us feel more at home. The beds were very comfortable and suite was very clean. Wifi was strong and fast. Michael was responsive, kind and understanding when we had to extend our stay several times due to my family members medical needs, which was incredibly appreciated. Even the cleaning staff were lovely to deal with! We would definitely recommend staying at Canada Suites, especially for an extended period of time.
