★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my good fortune that I went into this place. The clinic is very neat, tidy and clean. I had a chronic muscle knot in my back(Longer than an year) and I was really down and sad that It could never be fixed. However, I had an appointments with Jason and my perception began to change. In a few sessions, 80% of my knot is gone and I am optimistic that the remaining will not be there for much longer. During our sessions, other than Jason's immaculate massage and acupuncture skills, he vocally guides as to what he is doing and why. The explanation goes a long way in developing our own understanding of our bodies and muscles. Alongside having a great sense of humor, Jason is also incredibly understanding and does whatever he can to make the billing process as smooth as possible. The location of this place is super convenient, its right by college park in heart of downtown which means it is readily accessible by subway, streetcars as well as bikes. Lastly, I just want to Thank you to Jason and the entire team for putting up such an experience and ensuring that clients are treated with the utmost care and in an efficient manner.I want to congratulate your team on what you guys have achieved so far and wish you the best of luck. To anyone reading this, if you think your problem is not solvable, give them a shot and its very likely that you wont be disappointed :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been hunting, unsuccessfully, for years to find a high level Physiotherapist.
As a highly active man in his 40s - competitive Karate/Jiujitsu’s as well as FreeRide mtb, snowboarding etc - I needed someone who understands that I want recovery options that allow me to stay physical while healing.
I found this in Jason White and have since found it with his team at Momentum.
Their hands on work is both grounded and intuitive and the ongoing journey to heal and stay healed has been warm, engaging, and most importantly successful.
Recently Jason was chosen to be on the recovery squad for Team Canada at the next Commonwealth Games - this is in no way surprising and affirms that Im being treated by the best in Toronto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had multiple acupuncture sessions with Sonja and she was firendly and knowledgeable in addressing my physical well-being concerns.
The location is new and in a very accessible part of the city. It's just steps away from college station. The clinic is clean and I felt very safe going in during the pandemic. I will definitely be back if I have more sports injuries to address.

They have been spot on identifying the causes and given me exercises and stretches to resolve my issues in the long term. They also applied treatments that have improved my life quality significantly right away. The location is very convenient and their availabilities fit with my work schedule. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Momentum SportMed and Wellness several times and had treatments with Jason. First for a pulled hamstring that had bothered me for a long time and was very painful at times. I am so pleased with the treatments and how much better I feelI with most days pain free. For a long time I thought it was something I would have to learn to live with! I’ve had treatments at other physio places in the past and I’m amazed at the difference in how I feel, and especially with the attentiveness.
I recently fell and now have two compression fractures in my spine. So far I have seen Jason twice and can feel some relief already, although I have a ways to go but I am very confident in the care I’m receiving.
The staff is very friendly and best of all, if I’m having an extra painful day, they are very helpful with getting me in sooner to see Jason.
The clinic is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend Momentum SportsMed. One visit and this will be your place forever!

I’ve struggled with ankle and knee problems for quite some time and I got referred from a friend to go here and it’s been the best thing that I’ve done. Jason was very knowledgeable with my sports injuries and was able to get me back to 100% faster than I expected. It’s really easy to book an appointment, they bill directly to my insurance company and the overall cleanliness of location is immaculate. I will continue to use only Momentum Sportsmed and Wellness going forward! Thanks Jason & Team. 5 Stars

I workout a lot and quads and hamstrings are always very tight and it’s hard to find someone who knows and understand about the training you do and even more, how to help you improve those areas. He is very passionate about it and really knows what he is doing.
I highly recommend Jason or anyone of his team.

Having been a long time satisfied client of Jason White’s “miracle work” after successful treatment sessions over the years for tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, and hip bursitis, I visited his new Momentum SportMed & Wellness for some new back and rib pain I was experiencing, which he once again, swiftly investigated, treated and after a few targeted sessions, swiftly relieved me of. I was impressed by the new, modern facility, the new team and as usual, the incredible service. I trust completely in Jason’s comprehensive therapeutic approach and he always finds the root of the problem, and treats it with care, kindness and empathy…plus he always has time for a few laughs!
My husband is also a long time patient of Jason’s over the years for mostly athletic therapy issues, and is currently seeing Julian for chiropractic with equally great results after years of chronic pain issues.
We trust the team at Momentum, they do incredible work, and recommend them without hesitation.
