I've tried almost every item on the menu and everything is so consistently delicious :). They use fresh, in season, Western ingredients with traditional Korean flavors making an equally delicious and healthy meal. Price and portions are fair and pretty big respectively. 10/10

I discovered Bom Bibimbap, a very tucked away shop during the height of the pandemic. When I first tried their Bibimbap through a take out container, I was already really impressed. It looked plentiful and very colourful and I was excited to dig in. I love the purple rice and they have such a delicious variety of toppings. When I got a chance to dine in and experience the Bibimbap on a stone bowl, it was even better experiencing the crispiness. I love the variety of additional toppings you can add to your Bibimbap - some that are quite unconventional like Shrimp Tempura, but man, is it a wonderful new combo!

BOM Bibimbap was a BOMB! As a Korean, I do not always leave a 5-star review for a Korean restaurant. When I do, it means I am unusually impressed. This little cozy place is a hidden gem in downtown. Its menu was focused on its Bibimbap specialty and offered various creative takes on this Korean classic. I ordered Bulgogi bibimbap and I saw right away how the portion was perfect. The ratio between the rice and other ingredients was excellent. Meat and veggies were also plenty to savour. All the ingredients tasted fresh and they were marinated and seasoned to almost perfect balance. I can confidently suggest that anyone would enjoy this restaurant's bibimbap dish as no particular taste is overpowering. They also kindly offer soy sauce and gochujang for those who want more seasoning. In addition, their service was really good and I believe their pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely return to this restaurant to taste their other versions of bibimbap. It was an enjoyable meal to remember.

Great place. This is the first time we tried bibimbap. We ordered deep fried tofu and egg & vegetable bibimbap. Both were good though we found the taste a bit bland. We will certainly go back again.

Very tasty, especially without any expectation. It really surprise me. Lovely decoration and good ambience. But for the traditional Korean food, hope they will use Korean soya sauce and chopsticks. Bean paste soup and kimchi taste not that good. I love kimchi and I understand every family have their own kimchi taste, but the kimchi they serve is really not my cup of tea and need to pay for that. I always think kimchi for Korean restaurant just like chopsticks and spoon, it's a "must have" item and provide it for free.

bibimbap has become the ultimate comfort food that i especially crave as the weather gets colder... had such a lovely experience at this cosy bibimbap spot! food came relatively quickly and the service was so courteous and friendly as well. — we ordered an egg & vegetable bibimbap and a bulgogi beef bibimbap! the bowls were sizzling and piping hot, which created the crispy bits of rice that i especially love hehe. i wish every bibimbap place had the sauce in a squeeze bottle so you can decide how much or how little sauce to add!! the sauce was a little on the sweeter side and a bit watery, but at just the right level of spice. the portions were also very generous-- a lot of bulgogi and veggies! -- overall a super nice experience! really want to come back for their japchae and tuna kimchi bibimbap... :0

A truly delicious gem at the corner of Bay and Gerrard. I was looking for sushi in the area and came upon this restaurant. I saw the menu beforehand and knew this wasn’t really a sushi spot; instead it serves incredibly fresh, bountiful bowls of rice, veggies, and meats, Korean-style! It was so good and filling. I could eat here everyday because the bowl is packed with all there right and complimentary ingredients. Service is always prompt and courteous and food is served sizzling hot. ? On my first visit I wasn’t sure what and how to order but the menu was likened to an IKEA manual, so I ordered with ease, confidence and excitement. It’s so good I’m thinking about it right now ?

I travel to Seoul regularly, this is hands down the best Korean food I’ve had out side of Korea. Small cozy little spot. Staff were very friendly. Didn’t have to wait long for my food and the hot stone bowl is amazing. Highly recommend lunch here.
