★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bibab express sushi has consistently provided top-notch service and fresh quality ingredients and it really shows. They are so much better than their competition in every possible way. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they truly deserve it. You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today for takeout. Gentleman behind the counter was great, very friendly and helpful. Food was great as well. My only advice is to check your bag, as both of my ordered items were supposed to come with miso soup and one also with salad, and there were no soups or salad in my bag. That's a lot missing, and I probably should have caught it, but it took a while and I was really hungry and my husband was waiting too :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! I am shocked to see the number of reviews that reflect, "The food is good, but the customer service is bad because I waited long for my food." This seems like a poor excuse to rate a business one star. Today, I got the salmon+tuna poke, and it was incredible! Filled with so many different ingredients, the taste was just on point! There were glass noodles in my poke, which excited me since I was not expecting it. I wish I lived closer to Bibab Express; I would always come here. The owner Richard is kind, and you can tell he cares about the quality of his food and customer satisfaction. It's a must-try!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went yesterday about an hour before closing with a friend. The gentleman there was very hospitable, encouraging people who came in to order and sit down, despite them closing in 30 minutes.
We both got the bulgogi bento box and everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned and satisfying!

Restaurant ^^ wow salmon sushi n maki are very fresh n delicious^&^
Poke bowl is composed with a lot of ingredients^^ for example, fresh salmon,
Seaweed salad, sweet potato noodles,
Avocado, crisp onion so amazing good!!!!!! I ganna highly recommend bibab

Thus far I have had the poke bowl and the salmon burrito, both had fresh ingredients and were made with perfection. I love coming to this place during my lunch. I highly recommend anyone to try this place out :) Thank you so much Richard!

He asked how we found the food and it was AMAZING. The location is good for a quick spot to eat. Their ingredients are fresh and everything is cooked well. I would definitely go back!!

Large selection of specialty maki rolls and well thought out sushi/Maki combos that are great value.
The owner is friendly and passionate, putting a lot of care in the preparation and quality of his food. Rolls are cut to a nice size and ratio of toppings to rice is on point.
Small shop with some seating for dine in, but definitely more of a take out/ quite bite set up.
As some other reviewers have mentioned, you may end up waiting for your order to be prepared upon arrival so keep that in mind if you are in a rush/ mind waiting.
