★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choosing the right Physiotherapist for me was extremely important as I have sustained many dislocations to both of my shoulders. After reconstructive surgery on my left shoulder last November, I started physiotherapy with Lauren. Having previous shoulder injuries herself, she knew exactly what I needed to do to in order to rehabilitate my shoulder. Over the last 5 months, Lauren worked with me to restore my full range of motion as well as improving my overall strength. My shoulder has never felt better! I am extremely pleased and continue to work with Lauren in order to ensure that my shoulder is at its best. I plan on continuing my Physiotherapy at Ace after surgery is complete on my other shoulder as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service; Alanna helped me with acupuncture and pressure points during the sessions, and gave me some exercises to do at home. The combination of both made the pain I had to go away quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Using Ace Physiotherapy to treat my MCL sprain was a great choice. It was evident right from the beginning that Ace Physio prides itself on customer experience. They were extremely accommodating to my schedule and were able to treat me in a following day appointment. Brad Saltz is remarkably knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone! He was able to quickly diagnose the injury and develop a comprehensive rehabilitation plan. Because of Brad and Ace Physio, I was able to be back on the ice and playing hockey 2 and half weeks after the injury! Thanks for the great experience and I would most definitely recommend Ace Physio to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Lauren since my second surgery for an ankle fracture in 2015. She is amazing at her job, takes my progress very seriously, and has checked in with me after all of my doctor's appointments. She is very knowledgeable, and not only teaches me plenty of exercises so I can keep up my therapy at home, but she also sends thorough descriptions of the exercises to me in PDF form after our appointments so I know exactly what I have to do. I don't think anyone else can match her devotion to her job, and I cannot recommend her enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaitlin was great, I felt significantly better after even only one session. The online access to the exercise program was super convenient and easy to use, and appointments were always on time and easy to book. Reception is also very friendly which is always a bonus too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place because I had a hip injury, And I am really happy that I chose this place. Dr. Alanna was very helpful and she was able to fix my problem in a short time. I had 6 sessions with her and I started to feel better after my second visit. She was very knowledgeable and she knew what she was doing. I was very nervous at the beginning, since it was my first time doing physiotherapy, but she made feel very comfortable. My therapy was a mix of massage, acupunctures and nerve stretching exercises and they were very effective. The staff are nice and the prices are very reasonable. My advice is to do the exercises you are assigned to, because it will speed up the healing process. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend for anyone considering physio. I recently started building up my running mileage and developed some knee and hamstring pain. Alanna was able to diagnose it very quickly and by following her exercises over a couple weeks I was back running and feeling even stronger than I did before. Physio works like magic if you find the right person, so stop googling and just go to Ace. You won’t regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big thank you to Physiotherapist Alanna Fish! I fell on ice in the morning and all day I was searching for somebody with a lot of experience to assess my hip on short notice. Couldn’t find anybody between Oakville to Toronto area all day.
BUT! I learned Alanna was willing to see me same day and she actually stayed back an extra hour just to assess my case.
Difficult to find people sometimes who genuinely care and are passionate about their work. Alanna went above and beyond to help. I can see why this clinic has been receiving a lot of great reviews!
Truly big thank you to Alanna, reception, and all staff at this clinic for their dedication and help. Will be returning for a follow-up next week.
