She is the most talented RMT I have ever been to, and I do not hesitate to recommend her to any and all. Feel lucky you have come across her name and live in Toronto! I am extremely picky with my therapists, I have been getting regular massages for 10+ years - finally found a therapist that I keep coming back to. She is EXCELLENT at what she does, she really understands the muscular system and how it interacts with the nervous system. I am very active and see her on a regular basis to ensure my body is agile and ready for my next workout. She is also experienced in pre-natal massage And has been so helpful with treating my lower back pain during pregnancy. After I had my child I had a lot of shoulder pain (from feeding and carrying child) and now it is much better. If you are looking for a proper therapeutic massage you have to go see Helen, you won’t be disappointed!

I could honestly feel her finding her way to the source of my issues and gradually resolving them. Helen is super professional and I appreciated her taking the time to get to know me, my history and to answer my questions. It was a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere! I highly recommend HRM/RMT!

I came in with a lot of upper back tension in shoulders and neck, and arms, it all melted away after the treatment. She knew exactly what areas to work on, and with the right amount of pressure. Would highly recommend her.

The environment is well ventilated, and since it is a single practitioner, very safe from a covid perspective. Helen brings a warm energy, is friendly and conversational (if/when appropriate). She takes time to understand what you're trying to get out of the massage and delivers on that. While different from a traditionally "relaxing" massage, Helen's approach results in actual improvement. Come here if you want to feel better after your massage, as opposed to during.
