I've been working out with 416 Fitness Club for almost a year now. Their coaching is AMAZING, even if you are new to the movements. They take time to make sure you are doing every movement right. The community is very supportive and has been an added plus, specially through this year - 2020. My husband and I have both seen great results and are fitter than we have ever been before. They adapted to online classes as well as outdoor classes (yes, even in December in Canada) to make sure all their members were able to stay active and healthy through the pandemic. Highly highly recommend.

Just under 18 months ago was the first time that I walked into the 416 Fitness Club. The coaches are very knowledgeable, provide consistent feedback, and do not hesitate to intervene if they see you doing something that could result in an injury. I actually watched them take weight off a barbell when a member was attempting to lift a weight that was too heavy. It was at that moment that I realized I had found my new gym!!! The club celebrates the small successes just as much as the larger ones! Members, like the coaching staff, are very supportive. This has been reinforced during the pandemic. 416 clearly cares about the community that it has created, and continues to foster this community to the best of its ability. During the pandemic, they have assigned each member an accountability coach, provided an equipment rental program for members, and begun using an app to deliver a daily workout which members can complete on their own or through zoom. Sadly, the outdoor workouts had to be discontinued at the start of the last lock down. They have demonstrated the ability to pivot their programming and keep their membership engaged. This last statement was further reinforced when they recently announced the addition of new January programming, including handstands at home - so exited!!!!! While I can't wait to get back in the gym, I am confident that my fitness will be top notch when I do walk back in their doors. I have never spent so much time working on the fundamentals and striving towards balance between the right and left side of my body. Should you have the chance to check out this club I highly recommend that you do it!!! UPDATE (December 2021) As you are aware, the gyms in Ontario were given the green light to resume indoor training sessions months ago. The 416 Fitness Club has been going strong ever since! As I am not yet ready to resume group training in the gym, I have opted to continue at home. In order to make sure that I didn’t lose my momentum, and months of hard work, I β€˜commissioned’ a customized home training program. The beauty of the individualized program Coach Megs created for me is that it is geared to my goals, areas of weakness, and current skill set. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, if you are ready to be in the gym, or need to slowly ease your way back inside, I have no doubt that 416 Fitness Club will be there to help you every step of the way!

This gym has made me fall in love with my fitness journey, I’ve done things I would never have thought possible a few years ago. Going to the gym is a consistent and necessary part of my day not and that is all down to this gym, it’s coaches and it’s members.

I can't recommend this club and the coaches enough! In just 3 months I PR'd all my major lifts, which I hadn't been able to make any progress on in over a year before joining. Coaches are attentive to everyones needs, goals and progress each class and the 1:1 training sessions are unmatched. Special shout out to Coach Whit for helping me make so much progress in my Olympic Lifts!

416 can change your life for those feeling like they aren't reaching their full physical/emotional potential. By no means are classes easy, and coaches don't take it easy on you, but nothing worthwhile in life is easy. 9 months in, 416 has easily been a top investment I've made in my life, and I love being surrounded by other growth-hungry individuals in a fun/competitive environment Shoutout to our personal coach Megz who knows how to get the most out of us!

My fiancΓ© and I joined 416 Fitness in October 2021 as we wanted to get into a better rhythm of working out to mentally and physically feel better. I really wanted a gym that would also provide a sense of community as we are not from Toronto and meeting people has been hard these past two years. 416 Fitness has been the best investment for us. The coaches are all amazing and the community feel encourages me to keep coming back 3x a week. Our monthly 1:1 coaching is also a game changer (big shoutout to Megs!). I had a knee injury 5 years ago so lifting heavier weights hasn't come without hesitation. Although encouraged to always push myself, I have never felt pressured to go beyond my limits. I highly recommend 416 no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

Huge fan of this gym. Started there in June of 2021 and have never been happier. I am in so much better shape but it is the support that they give you that is the best. Also, full service from nutrition to helping you find therapists when needed or desired. This is a great place to start or continue your physical journey.

I had joined 416 for a couple months in 2020. Prior to 416 I was going to Fuel Training Club. I joined because I wanted to give CrossFit a shot. Some of the coaches were great. Derya was my favorite. Loved the members and the gym dogs. Great community overall. However, the programming was pretty garbage. I know one other member who didn’t like the programming and had given management some feedback. Management apparently didn’t like receiving feedback. This member left to join Delta Train in liberty village and liked it much better. I have also tried a few other gyms since 416 and unfortunately they all rank above 416. If you are in Toronto, I would highly recommend Fuel Training Club. It is the best gym I have found in all of Vancouver, Toronto and Jersey City. I’d recommend giving them a shot instead of wasting your time and money at 416. I drop in at Fuel every time I visit Toronto.
