For now, my favourite coach is Geoff: he's dedicated, cares about quality movements and has excellent communication with the team. Also, the front desk girls are amazing! Always eager to help a quick chat with everybody. I highly recommend this gym!
M	Michelle Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an incredible fitness gym - for someone like me who doesn't enjoy the traditional pumping iron workout, these classes are perfect. 1 hr goes by extremely quickly. I'm burning 700 calories and sweating buckets. The instructors are funny, knowledgeable, intense but friendly! The class times are also very convenient and it's easy to find an open spot in the class you want. I was super impressed by Kurt who remembered my name at the next class and who also brings in giant speakers. Going the extra mile like this demonstrates to me that these instructors really care about the quality of workout/service they deliver.

They have a wealth of experience within the fitness field & are more than willing to help you out. I became friends with all the trainers within my first week of joining. There’s also a strong sense of community when training. It’s encouraged to make friends with others in the class & overall, it’s about pushing yourself forward but moving ahead together.

The workouts and dynamic of session actually forces you to push your limits without it feeling impossible! It is not boring like going to gym on my own and I am actually excited about every session!

I wish there was more transparency upfront regarding the membership prices and also more classes mid morning and mid afternoon. Other than that, I would highly recommend trying out the classes, you won't regret it!

The time fly’s by and It’s been great to have a professional coach thinking through different workouts for you each class. I also appreciate that coach’s take advantage of smaller classes and take the time to help you out one on one. They also try there best to be attentive in larger classes. There’s a large variety of workouts that hit your legs which has been great for me as a runner. It would be helpful to see some more classes focused on just the upper body to give the legs a break for recovery. Excited to take more classes!
