β β β β β I lived there for a short period of time(6 months). It is an old building and so are the staff, residence, or anyone that comes close. In the summer they will start the construction at 8:30Am everyday, so say goodbye to have a cozy sleep. They always have had a water leaking problem in the building and if you are buying a place over here, expect to have water leakage and always get insurance. I am a young professional and since I moved in into the building, they acted like they have a criminal over here!! always watching me through all cameras, recording my movement and reporting to the manager, fake assumption like for example, they called me after a week or two saying that they seen me smoking in the balcony which is funny because I don't ever smoke!!! In general the building itself is nice and the view is good but the manager board and the supervisor(John) wants to do everything they can for you to leave as fast as possible because they have their very closed community of older retired people which would not accept a non-white young-professional living there in peace. To be fair, other staff except the supervisor were nice and friendly.
