★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would put 0 stars if I could. I would never buy a unit here if you had the option. The parking authority that manages the parking lot has predatory practices. They've issued tickets for the wrong reason and during the dispute process they provided another reason for rejecting the dispute which was also completely false. The resolution email to the dispute was never delivered to me so now I'm stuck paying $150 for a ticket I never should have received in the first place. I paid for my parking pass. Now I'm paying twice. Live somewhere else and if you're already stuck here then park somewhere else. You've been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am looking to buy a condo in the downtown area. Since I had a couple questions about the building I decided to contact management directly to establish a good relationship.
I was immediately yelled at, the man who picked up the phone thought I was someone else. When I said I wasn’t the person he thought I was he proceeded to be rude a bit more by saying “who are you?” and refused to answer my questions.
I feel sorry for the people who have to deal with this management team on a daily basis.
