★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst property management you will ever experience in Toronto. The property manager name is Hind. She's well known in the condo for being extremely rude and does not care about any concerns, major questions and complaints coming from residents in the condo. I do not recommend renting or purchasing in this condo until theres a new professional pm team. This review is coming from someone who has lived in 7 different condos in downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome mid rise. No competing for Elevators. Security is extremely polite and helpful. Management have done a lot of work to update amenities and are very diligent. I like also the units are well insulated you don't hear noise from neighbors. Downtown living at its finest at a prime location. We are very happy to buy here.
