★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful building inside and out. It does not have the same modern look as a lot of the new condos but being the first condo built in Toronto I wouldn't expect it to. The building is sturdy and all the finishes are superb however. The security team is second to none, as most have been in the building for upwards of a decade and know the tenants very well. You also cannot beat the location. Wow. The boardwalk is the perfect place to walk during a nice summer day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent building. The concierges are above average. The place feels really safe and nice. Great people live here in general. They do a great job of community events like movies and walking groups. Laundry room is great, pool is nice, gym is amazing. Be careful in the parking garage as some people are maniacs and honkers when you are new and unused to the place.
Besides that it's a great spot in a great location with an amazing view.
