and requires enormous amounts of data entry to be able to run a report worth reading. Would never recommend this product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are on month 4 of our 12 month contract and we still have not been able to get your team up and running due to limitations with API. Salesforce forced us to upgrade in order to get the features we needed to link to external cloud software but still needed to get a developer to custom code integration. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Whenever you reach out to them regarding a functional issue they will try and sell you more. Extremely costly CRM. If you have money to burn you’ve found the right company.
