I received support through online chats, email and even a zoom call with Aziz, an ownr representative who was super helpful in answering my questions, and clarifying some concerns I had that were preventing me from moving forward with the registration. I highly recommend ownr to anyone who is thinking of registering their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: ownr has since followed up with my account via phone call. Ownr manually resubmitted my application for incorporation and within a short period of time the application was finalized and completed. I was thankful to have a more direct, personalized experience with the process.
The previous review was left untouched below for reference. And tho that period of time was still stressful, Ownr took the responsibility to make sure it was handled promptly when brought to their attention via this platform. It is likely that most of all the issues with my application was out of their control as they have stated below.
It is clear that they’re doing what they can to provide quality service for their costumers even if some challenges are beyond their control. Consider that it could take some time to complete incorporation but that the team here is responsive and will look out for you which could otherwise have been somewhat complicated to do on your own.

It has now been three weeks and my incorporation has not yet finalized. I am still unable to obtain information of my incorporation, or apply for a gst #. My business is not recognized by the federal government and the exchange of information between myself and ownr has been confusing and limited to me.
Using RBC to pair the business with an account as advertised has come with its own issues and has further complicated my experience.
Please consider that submitting a registration for incorporation directly with the government website is far more preferable to the situation this process has put me in and comparable in price.
Buyer beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the process of getting the ball rolling to start a new consulting gig when I was told that being incorporated would make the most sense for me. My first though was "cool - okay where do I start?!" My dad has run his own company for many many years now, and took one look at the Ownr platform and said "this is wonderful and will make your life a heck of a lot easier!". So here I am, signed up as of Friday and I almost have all my paperwork complete (Just waiting on the CRA for a business banking number which can take a couple days). I also have a bank appointment scheduled at RBC and there was zero hassle or overwhelm to book and even change the appointment due to my schedule. This platform - 10/10 for me! They took the guessing game out of everything, their live chat has been an amazing feature (shout out to Zoey!) and it has allowed me time to get really excited for my new job! Thanks Ownr!!
If you're on the fence, just do it - thank me later!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In less than a week I had a bank account set up because of the ease that Ownr has done. Not only easy, they are fast and efficient. There was a few steps and an email back an forth to e-sign some documents and send proof of identification. 10/10 I would recommend their services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made registering my business easy. Set up my bank appointment, and even waived a few fees on mistakes I made that should have cost me. Very happy to choose this route. Got a $300 refund through RBC . This was the cheapest way I could incorporate and the customer service is easy to deal with, although usually a bit of a wait.
