We met with several potential developers before deciding to work with 247 Labs. 247 Labs helped us make the leap and we are very happy with our final product. They have resources in most areas of development which is great because you can use those specialized resources to quickly fill a need where your internal capacity is limited. This can also reduce your overall cost of a project because you aren't required to hire full-time staff to cover all of these short-lived tasks.

They were patient, took the time to understand the issues, and then resolved them at a very satisfactory level. They were great at communicating next steps and any foreseeable issues. Their team was supportive and helped us every step of the way. They then helped us to redesign the website to dramatically improve the user experience. They have done fantastic work and we can always call on them to help where they respond in a timely manner.

Some items took longer and they were able to help us every step of the way. We had weekly meetings to discuss the next step, as well as chat, which was available to use whenever we needed some help on the site.
They also keep a detailed task/budget tracker to make sure we were on the same page the whole time. I would recommend working with them!
