★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a client but an end receiver of a gift card. I followed all the instructions on the paper attached to the card but I am unable to activate my card! I called the support number on the paper and the card and it was just a robot machine that repeat itself over and over and there’s no lead to getting a real person. Now my card is locked and still I can’t get a person. I found a report for lost card and the robot asked me for my SIN number! Why? And finally the robot said I can get you to a live agent for $2.....?umm....what?
If you are a company that want your clients to come back to you. Don’t use this company. Because this is the worse gift card I have ever received... if you can call this s gift card. More like a fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are complete crooks. I had a rebate card coming from Kia who used to use them in the past. The card never arrived. Both Kia and I repeatedly asked to have the card re-issued. No success. Then we just asked to have it cancelled so it is not in circulation before I get different reimbursement. Even this was not possible. Just excuses and flat out lies. I have never experienced anything like this ever. Borderline fraudulent. I am launching a complaint with BBB as a result

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scotiabank offers for you to get prepaid visa with rewards but this company they have offering the Visa is inept. I have yet to get the card activated with leaving messages. The phone number listed is not even in service and called another phone line that still does not respond.
