will rate it zero star, elevators take turns to break, long line up to wait to go upstairs, big crowds of airbnb people all the time, the building has been depreciating fast and this week two fire alarms went off.....not a good investment if you are trying to buy a unit downtown, this building doesn't hold it's value at all. this place is mainly for airbnb or kids who wants to party.

It has been an absolute pleasure to live in this building for 7+ years, which offers ultimate convenience to everyone - be it young hardworking professionals, young families or seniors. Save valuable time in literally everything you do - minimize office commute, spend more time with your loved ones, conveniently do groceries by just coming down by elevators, walk to waterfront, the best restaurants, CN tower etc and ofcourse immerse in the celebrations and support to your favourite teams playing just in your backyard. Moreover, this building has quite a matured condo management team and have lesser nuisance due to Short term rentals (which is very prevalent in other new condominium in this area)

55/65 Bremner Blvd came across as the nicely managed, well designed and with by far the best interior architecture and space in all of downtown condos. The unit I live in has a place for everything - distinct kitchen, living, dining, den, bedrooms and ensuite bathroom and closets. Has been kind to my growing family that I witnessed over many years of living in this condo. Close to office, groceries, recreation/fitness activities (with all facilities of its own within condo as well), daycare, school and all major downtown attractions. Most of these amenities within building compound! Not to forget the lake views offered from this condo and right outside it! Absolutely loving my time here.

When I booked a room for a week, I cancelled after calling them because the description did not match what was said in the ad. They refused to give me a refund and lost a lot of money even though the room was immediately cancelled and unused. Such cruel horrible owner and service. Stealing money and no compassion.

Had the pleasure of being a resident at MLS for over five years so thought I’d review the place, especially with a couple of posts that were clearly written by people who had a bad experience during a short stay. Airbnb: the building allows it, however the number of units noticeably dropped since the pandemic as they were converted to long-term rentals. I haven’t seen anything similar to what’s been reported at ICE condos and management is keen to keep it that way. Worst case, guests look confused with directions or excited that they’re spending a night in the city, so yeah it’s basically a non-issue. Elevators: the elevator transition in the north tower has never been an issue for me but it throws people off using it for the first time. It adds an extra two min to your commute but it also adds a unique layer of security so I don’t mind it. The elevators were really bad around 2018-2020 but have greatly improved since management replaced something or other. Anyway elevators are fine 95% of the time, otherwise you’re waiting 3-5 minutes and it’s typically fixed within 2-4 hours in my experience. 2+ elevators going down is exceedingly rare since the change I mentioned. Fire alarms: Non-issue, they go off unexpectedly once every few months and you can silence them with a button in the bedroom. They test the fire alarm regularly as with any condo following safety regulations. Any condo will have issues. I would focus on the competency of the management team to acknowledge them and find long term solutions, and I’ve been happy with what I’ve seen over the years. There is a high percentage of owners in this building which ensure good oversight on management to deliver on its promises. The (literally) unbeatable location for the office, transit, parks, lake access, building amenities and maintenance, weather-proof connection to the PATH network and groceries/cafes/restaurants, etc. easily outweigh these issues. You’re in the heart of the city and I still find it amazing that a residential tower was built here instead of an office tower. Appreciate that having a good experience doesn’t compel someone to write a Google review so thought I’d do it. Hopefully it helped!

Very nice location. Right downtown beside the biggest attraction of the city. The parking in the building is perfect and well priced. The view from the up lever is gorgeous. I highly recommend the place ! Planetillustrated.com
