Arrived, no other customer around but staff didn’t acknowledge us and let us stand idling by for a good 5 mins while he worked away on a mobile order. We spoke up to get his attention but was ignored. I wouldn’t have minded waiting if he had at least asked for a few minutes rather than ignoring us. Definitely some training opportunity there on customer service.

The sub was ok but the staff is horrible. They don’t pay attention to what your saying and yell when they speak, funny enough. The worst subway I’ve been to.

What a worst staff in such a good reputed food chain, The staff were rude, loud, unfriendly. We felt unwelcoming rii when we entered into restaurant on Saturday afternoon. we went there with 1 toddler and 1 infant hoping we could enjoy a family meal, but we got the worst customer service ever. They got loud on me when I requested to change the gloves. Really felt bad for the owner of the store and Subway itself for making such a unprofessional impression on its customers. Would have gave a "0" star rating if possible.

The sub was good, however the staff member making them was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome. She rolled when we asked for bacon and extra cheese because she put them in the oven, however she hadn’t asked us what kind we wanted, and shot us dirty looks while helping the next customer. We brushed it off and sat and ate, and while we did we listened to her be nasty with other customers, almost yelling at them.

A nice subway outlet that’s close to the aquarium and CN tower. It remains open 24 hours everyday. The attendants are very helpful and the place is also well maintained.

The behaviour of one of the employees at this Subway branch was very poor, resulting in mistreatment and food preparation that is against Subway policy. I bought from this restaurant 2 days in a row (Saturday and Sunday) and was served by the same team. On the first occasion I was served by the employee in question and told him to cut 2 one ft subs and wrap them individually, for which he told me that I have to pay extra for this. There are no signs or disclaimers of this surcharge on the board making it impossible for me to know of this. Is this a company policy? If so his way of informing was rude and completely incorrect. I took the subs as it was given (without it being individually wrapped) and noticed that it was difficult to share in the setting I was in. Next day I went back to the same Subway and ordered 2 subs again. I was being served by a different employee and when I requested him to wrap the first sub, he did it. For which the employee in question jumped in between and interrupted our conversation and yelled that I must pay extra. Mind you I had already payed for my two subs. This was infuriating since one employee was willing to wrap them separately, but another person came in-between! We ended up in an argument and I requested for my money back. He shouted that I cannot get refunded and when I asked to see the manager, he told me come back next day. In the middle of the argument I didn't notice that they did not add any cheese or sauce to the second sub even though I had requested that they make both of them the exact same way. Instead they threw both of them in the bag and handed it to me. It was only when I had returned to my family that we opened the bag and noticed that one of the subs was completely bland and it was not possible to return back to the same Subway location since we had already driven away.

Man whoever the owner is you guys never have bread the place is ridiculously understaffed twice I haven’t been able to get anything after waiting fifteen mins just because you guys ran out of bread. Unbelievably bad

I use this subway regularly. Each and every time it’s a frustrating experience. From rude or dismissive staff, to there rarely being a day that they aren’t out a few things or not prepared for their day. Do I wish I didn’t have to use this Subway? Yes. However there is very little else around. I recommend trying to avoid this location if you don’t want to ruin your lunch break.
