★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was nice enough but the food was so blah and expensive. The $20 plate is crazily over priced for the portions given. No love or joy when eating this food. I would recommend finding somewhere else to eat regardless of how hungry you are. I don't understand who the repeat customers would be...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very dissatisfied in the service at pita and grill. I am not one to post reviews much less bad ones as I try to ignore. However this encounter left me feeling bad. Out of covid we are trying to support businesses and they should also realize it is a privilege to be open and have customers buy from them. At the very least respect should be shown. The cashier was an older lady and she was quite rude when I was ordering. There was little patience and she kept shouting 'yes, what do you want and she could not hear me because I was wearing a mask'. Her entire expression was of disdain during the service. She got the food and said 'here' when giving it to me. I then asked her if she added the falafels to my order and she said 'what' then I asked again and she checked and it wasn't added. The quality was not as expected for the price. I relayed this experience to others and they said from the beginning g they would have cancelled the order and walk out if this was her attitude towards them. I felt bad doing this and still ordered. I think we should try to treat our customers better and be thankful for the jobs we have. There are many people in need of food much less jobs. Even if someone is having a bad day or regardless of our views towards others or the mask even, out of covid we should learn to respect ourselves and others and be grateful people are supporting businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff. They were ready to bite you if you ask one extra question from them. If you care for self respect don’t visit these rude and manner less people especially if you have kids who can make noise .
Food was also a total waste of money. They ruined our trip to Toronto.
Wish I can give them zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back to Pita & Grill after 4 years, I used to have Shawarma here during my college days. This place still has the same authentic taste for shawarma, Chicken shawarma in particular, it used to have in those days. My favorite place for quick food in the downtown Toronto I wish I had similar restaurant near Oakville where I currently live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy place, love the beef shawarma wrap and the location (close to union station) makes it perfect for a quick lunch break. All of the staff are amazingly polite and helpful as well.

Asked for 2 platters: mixed and one chicken only. He gave both chicken platters not mixed. Not only that, the food was really bad. I was physically sick after eating it and so was my son.
Avoid this place. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being Lebanese myself, I gotta say this is one of my least favorite shawarma wraps I've eaten. It could've used more meat and a larger portion and/or lower price. I don't eat a lot and even I didn't feel I was really full after I was done. It was worth the try, but I don't think I would give it another go.
