★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is well located and slick looking. Nonetheless, when you weigh all the negatives I would strongly recommend finding another place to live. It is very annoying that workers along with the building security reps just walk into your place every other day. If you are busy and take 2 minutes to open the door they will just barge in and this has to be by far the worst building management I have ever experienced. But I guess that's every building management here in Toronto! The good thing about this building is that it is in a prime location and the security guards are very friendly. This is my first year in this city and I am disappointed by the condo living here. So, weigh in the pros and cons before you move and choose wisely!
