Each step was explained to me and she frequently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. The service itself (Pure + Simple facial) was so relaxing, and I left with rejuvenated skin. Ana showed me the products she used afterwards and gave me some recommendations for products to use at home. The spa is also VERY clean and I felt confident that my health and well-being were important to all the staff. If anyone is competing P+S King for their next service, I would highly recommend it. I will absolutely be a returning customer!

The entire process was very relaxing and my skin (which is very acne prone and red) looked more calm after. The staff is also very knowledgeable and can help you find the product you need. Overall, I had a wonderful visit! P.S. Try their tea, it’s simply pure and simple. :)

They cleansed our faces, applied some oils, massaged our faces, did some steaming and that’s it! They will work on your face for 60 minutes no more but maybe less! My only concern was the black heads and they didn’t extract them for me! I went back home and did a better facial! Never again.

Aga looked after me and I was blown away by the instant improvement after my hour long facial. The redness had radically improved, my skin was so much happier and it looks and feels so much better the day after too!! I couldn’t be happier with the results. Aga also gave me a new regime to help my skin long term. I love the products she suggested for me and I trust that she has me on the right path for healthier skin! There’s a reason this place has been around for so long, they know their stuff and I would highly recommend Aga if you have specific conditions you need help with!! 10/10.

I also added the Gua Sha sculpt. My skin looks so much calmer and sculpted. My Technician was Jacquline and she was super professional, helpful and gentle. This was my first facial and I would recommend Pure and Simple and would come back and book again. I bought some of my treatment products. I can’t wait to use them apart of my skincare routine.
