We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again...

This location does not answer the phone and the Pizza Hut corporate line is unable to help as this franchisee prefers to conduct their own customer service. We waited nearly 3 hours for our order with no confirmation e-mail and no way to connect with the store. We will not be ordering from this location again.
N	Nico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This will be another poor customer service review that will probably end in deaf ears but better to let the people in-charge know. We ordered online for some pizza and wings. The estimated delivery time was about ~1.25 hrs - ordered at 6:30pm and the delivery time was set to 8:15pm. Mind you, this happened on SuperBowl LVI. I'll take the blame for ordering so late and accept the consequence of that. However, around 8:15pm, I called to check that status of the order and to my surprise, it's still pending - ok fine. So I decided to call them to cancel the order. When I called, I was automatically transferred to a vm saying that the store is closed and call them during business hours. I figured that they're not going to delivery my order since the store is already close and I did a final refresh of the status page to see if it changed - it didn't - still pending. The game ended around 9:45pm and to my surprise there's knock on my door which ended up being the delivery guy. I ended up paying for it (full price mind you) because I know that it's not the delivery guy's fault for doing his job. The most aggravating part of this whole experience is that because Pizza hut didn't delivered on the time they specified, I ended up ordering food via UberEats and now we have an exorbitant amount of pizza that most likely we'll be throwing away.

Received two confirmation emails that my order was "in the kitchen" and their online order page also confirmed my order. Waited for 10 minutes after the estimated arrival time to call them because we hadn't gotten our 2 pizzas yet. The restaurant hung up on me the first time I called. The second time, they told me my order was canceled without any reason why. I still haven't gotten a cancelation email and it's 40 minutes after the arrival time. ?
F	F B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza Hut - King St quality has not only surpass rock bottom but at the point of robbery. They had recently had a promo, buy one get another free. The pizzas lack ingredients/ toppings. The scheme is to split one pizza toppings into two. Simple. To add insult to injury, the pizza wasn't covered end to end with toppings. I called on several occasion to complain and nothing. I tried completing the online form..nothing. no follow up call. No response. Please do not fall for this trap, scam. You will not only be disappointed but annoyed. The only time you can order is to annoy someone you hate.
