Never can this place get it right. They have no hospitality in them what so ever. How a franchise like Dominos allows this owner operator to keep their name Dominos actually boggles my mind. Today was my last straw with them. I ordered my pizza waited the 35 to 40 mins which is fine only to receive cold pizza. How did I know it was cold well the box wasn’t even warm to touch. So I opened the box in front of the driver and said this is cold he said there is no way that’s possible as it was his first delivery. At this point I said touch the pizza β€œwhich he did” and you tell me this is not cold. He agreed that is was cold so I took back my money. I then called the store to explain what happened and they told me to take the pizza that their driver just touched for 50% off or pay full price for my next order with no assurance that my next order would come hot. I was absolutely disgusted with the person I was on the phone with. The people running this location need to have their franchise license pulled by head office because they do not deserve to serve food to the public. I will be contacting head off to follow up. Stay Away

Last time I ever order from Dominos. Order was 2 hours late, and the delivery driver completely ignored delivery instructions. Never spending a dollar at Dominos again

Cold pizza delivered. One pizza missing 5 paid for toppings. Tried to call store, no answer, the hung up, then no answer, then hung up. Finally got someone on the phone, they offered me 30% off.. SERIOUSLY?! Reminded me why I never order pizza in Toronto. Guess I should have read the reviews first~

WORST pizza ever, missing toppings, way smaller than anywhere else and 30 mins late after it said it was delivered, had to argue on the phone to actually get it. What a nightmare for something so simple, use as an absolute last resort

By far the slowest pizza delivery in the city. I have given them the benefit of the doubt way too many times. They never have a proper reason, I have seen their drivers rolling with friends in the car, and I don't usually order during busy hours either. If you like cold pizza and hour and a half after you ordered it then this is your place! The worst part is Dominos won't deliver to me from any other location, which is baffling because this location isn't even the closest one to my home.

The location at 410 queen street west needs to get their act together. I used to order all the time with them and had no issues. It wasn't until the pandemic that I started having issues with them saying they can't come up to your unit to deliver. Fine whatever but now I've had 2 consecutive issues with them where I refused the order at my door the first time I was told that the manager was running 2 locations cos they were short staffed. And an hour and a half later the pizza FINALLY arrived and we declined it now on my newest order the app said my order was completed and I never even got notified that they were comming still. I call The store and the counter girl (I assume) agrees with me that my food should be free based off it taking so long to deliver and that it said it was delivered. Manager said no after my second phone call and i was met with "the store was busy" how am I supposed to know that? Anyways I can't put up with dominos anymore. Especially this location. They also took 2 wings away making the quantity of wings 8 instead of 10 and charge the same price. Lol BYE NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

DO NOT ODER FROM THIS LOCATION OR COMPANY First the driver refused to deliver to our apartment number and told me I have to come down to collect it, I've had pizza from this location to my door many occasions before in the last year but the driver said it's been this way since the pandemic...not true. After having to come down I got locked out of my building. After getting inside I opened the box to see my order of extra cheese and extra sauce. It's the driest pizza I've ever seen and no extra cheese. I call the location and asked for another pizza that I asked for then I was told that's not an option so I asked for the manager and was told there isn't one so try calling back tomorrow, ok so I asked the name of the person I was talking to so could use as a reference and he refused. WORSE SEVIRCE AND CUSTOMER CARE, JUST WANTED THE PIZZA I ASKED FOR AND TO BE DELIVERED, KINDA WHAT U WOULD EXPECT FROM ORDERING A PIZZA. WILL RECOMMED EVERYONE TO STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND COMPANY.

This is the worst Domino's pizza in the city. if you can order from anywhere else, please do. I've ordered from this location several times and my pizza has been delivered stone cold, but my experience over the past week has cemented this "restaurant" as the worst Domino's franchise in Toronto. last Friday evening I decided to order a large pizza. The store called me to meet the driver at the front of my apartment. I went downstairs to meet the driver and he was nowhere to be found so I waited and waited. Did I mention it was -20 outside? Finally I went back inside and called the store. then finally the driver claimed to be outside. I went downstairs and waited another 5 mins. The driver shows up and gives me my pizza, but he doesn't allow me to take the machine. apparently due to COVID, clients aren't allowed to touch the machine. I normally tip, but due to my experience I didn't want to. I felt forced into doing it because the driver was entering in the information. so I bring the pizza upstairs and open it up. It's destroyed, the driver clearly dropped it. this explains why it took the driver so long to come to my apartment. its also cold. I submit a formal to Domino's and I am offered a free pizza. This should be where the story ends, but it doesn't. yesterday, I attempted to claim my pizza. the person taking the orders was extremely rude to me. First, he claimed extra sauce is an extra topping (its not) then he said if I'm going to get a free pizza I better pay the delivery guy. Rude. so I wait an hour and the pizza never shows up. I called the store and I am greeted by the same gentleman I talked to earlier. He said I never called the store and there is no record of my order even though we spoke an hour ago. so instead of a free pizza, i was given free gaslighting. I will never order from this location again. If you're reading this, do not order from here. what is the point of a free pizza, if its cold and delivered by a rude person?
