Honestly I like this place, but I was super disappointed last time I was there. I asked them if I use the washroom while my waiting my food, and I wouldn’t ask them if it’s not urgent. They told me that it’s the law etc. etc. however after they took my order, they started chatting without a mask. It seems that the law is only applicable to the customers. After that, I had my roti but it was an another disappointment. The chicken was tasteless and there was a different smell coming out of roti sauce. I am so sad that one of my favorite places has changed this much. Two star for the past good memories otherwise it was one star experience.

It is always a great experience visiting here. I personally like their chicken curry, its tasty with correct amount of spices. The tandoori roti is also good and soft. I also tried their samosa chat, honey garlic cauliflower and chicken supreme all are delicious. I like how they go beyond to make their customers happy and add sweets and fryums for every order. Good quantity, affordable prices.

I've never been to a better south Indian restaurant in Toronto. This is the best. Honey garlic wings and butter chicken roti were among the dishes I sampled. Awesome! There are no words to describe it. The staff is courteous and professional. This is something you should attempt without hesitation.

We visited My Roti Place for the first time today and fell in love with the food. Small place but amazing food. We ordered Chicken dum biryani and Chicken tikka masala roti. Chicken tikka tasted good, more like mix of butter chicken and chicken tikka. Although tasted good. But the biryani was so tasty and has the perfect balance of spices and fragrance. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked. Biryani was served with Salan and raita. Plus they also gave complimentary gulab jamun with both the dishes. Yash who helped us was very kind and friendly, gave good suggestion. All in all, amazing food and services. Must visit. Place is fixed for my biryani cravings from now on ?

Ordered the honey garlic cauliflower, butter chicken poutine and vegetable biryani plus a homemade mango lassi to drink. Also got received some complimentary raita, butter chicken sauce, colourful crackers and gulag jamun! Everything was super delicious! I loved the honey garlic cauliflower and butter chicken poutine the most! I couldn't even taste the cauliflower, it's a great meat-alternative dish in my opinion. The cheese for the poutine complimented the butter chicken sauce really well and made a great combination together!

I ordered on Skip for: 1 Saag paneer 1 Damn Dirty chips (Chaat) 1 Extra Turmeric Roti The food looked pretty good. I really had high hopes not going to lie. But unfortunately the taste was disappointing. Or rather not there at all. The Chaat (damn dirty chips) that I ordered looked so good but the chutneys didn't have flavor. Proper seasoning wasn't done. It was just yogurt and chips by the end of it. YOU DON'T JUST SPRINKLE COLD CHEESE ON TOP OF A DISH LIKE THAT. ? The Turmeric roti was good tbh. It reminded me of an oversized thepla (my Gujarati friends will get this ?). Solid rotin? The Saag Paneer was alright. Nothing to write home about. Quite watery which is not to be expected from an authentic Saag based dish. I'm still hopeful and maybe try this restaurant again as their menu is affordable and they've got good dishes. I just think the dishes right now lack the punch.
