β β β β β Incredible Sushi and amazing service! This is the first restaurant I've dined in since the restrictions were lifted and I was definitely not disappointed. The food was expertly made and served quickly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be back again! ????

β β β β β Very relaxing atmosphere, dark and comforting. It was busy and the staff was working hard to keep up but they were attentive and very efficient. The menus is extensive, and that's an understatement. I had the tempura prawns to start. Now, I've had plenty of tempura prawns in my time, but these little beauties stand at the top of the tempura prawn podium! They looked beautiful on the plate, the batter was so golden, but then...the crunch! The absolute best tempura batter crunch OF ALL TIME! That quickly paled once my taste buds got a sense of that sweet and succulent prawn hidden inside. The rest of my meal was wonderful consisting of a selection of rolls. All of them wonderfully prepared. My sense is that whatever roll you ordered you would enjoy based on what was on my plate and the murmurs I could overhear from the patrons around me. But, the best part of my sushi plate was the dragon made out of hot sauce, mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce on the side of the plate. Unexpected and delightful. Oh yeah, tall cans of ice cold Sapporo to wash everything down. Go. Enjoy. Tell your friends.

β β β β β This is an average sushi restaurant on Queen West. The food came out really quickly. The ratio of rice was great as some place add way too much rice. The presentation of the food was lovely but seemed a bit wasteful with the garnishes as you donβt eat them. Everything felt fresh, just not the best sushi ever, kind of your down the street good enough spot.
The tea they brought was never hot, assuming because the restaurant wasnβt busy for dine in and so not much need to make a lot.
Maybe it was because dine in was slow due to the pandemic but there wasnβt any atmosphere if thatβs what youβre looking for. The decor and space was a bit dated, all was clean though.

β β β β β Sashimis were really fresh. Plates are a good size so value of this place is good. As a starter you have complimentary salad and miso soup which is very tasty ??. Besides sashimis we ordered nigiri and regular rolls. All very fresh and well presented. There are no pics in the menu so it might be hard if you donβt know the names of everything. Services inside the restaurant are in need of cleaning and this to me is a must to round up the experience to a 4.

β β β β β I havenβt had sushi in a very long time and we decided to come here for our last meal out before the lockdown happened again.
one thing i really liked about this restaurant was that the QR code on the table opened the menu which allowed you to place your order directly. Made things quite efficient.
I ordered the green salad, miso soup, salmon lovers and the cucumber wrapped roll.
I shouldnβt have ordered the cucumber rolls (they were delicious but it was too much food for me.)
My friend had the sushi and rocky mountain rolls - really enjoyed the coconut flakes on the roll, definitely added a different flavour and texture to the rolls.
Iβll definitely return here!
