Dr. Alan Wang, Julie and Ron are all a gift two people in pain, with illness, misery or going through a hard time. Until I started seeing them 20 years ago I had no idea what it felt like to be taken care of in a healthcare setting. Not only did they cure me of arthritis which had plagued me for 10 years, anytime I have a small ailment starting up they are the first people I go visit. The reason is that they are a salve for the human body, they are Healers!

Not a very knowledgeable place when it comes to sports injuries. The acupuncturist couldn't even describe to me what muscle may be the issue, wasn't good at identifying the pain origin point, and tried to start a therapy that I didn't agree with, without fully explaining the process. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who's looking for actual acute pain treatment

Best acupuncturist in the city! Dr Wang is absolutely amazing. Not only is he an acupuncturist but he is an osteopath and probably a couple other things I don't know about lol. He actually CARES about your well being. He has helped me through many ailments and never rushs me or treats me like a number. He knows the cause of what is occurring in your body. He will not just cast you off wondering and leaving you without an answer. He will help you. His wife is also a GEM. Just go.

I have seen Allen wang at this clinic twice and enjoy it very much. He spends lots of time with you if needed, regardless of how long your appointment is. He is very plesant, gentle and I get an extremely calming vibe from this place. 100%recommend to anyone who has physical, mental or spiritual health issue!

September 28, 2014. I have been going to the Pain Relief Clinic for the last 5 months and am very happy with my experiences there. Dr. Allen Wang is great – he is incredibly skilled, very professional and has a pleasant manner. I have multiple health issues including Tourette’s syndrome and have tried many alternative therapies, none of which has worked. However, after even one acupuncture treatment with Dr. Wang, my tics greatly decreased. Dr. Wang has done so much for my health. I have been to other acupuncturists in the past who were unable to help me. Before Dr. Wang even finishes inserting the needles, I feel such a sense of calm come over me – it’s a wonderful feeling and it lets me know that he really knows what he’s doing. My sleep has improved tremendously. A chronic pain in one of my knees is now completely gone. Rashes which I have always been plagued with have disappeared. I no longer constantly fight colds. He has really helped my sluggish digestive system as well as other health issues. An added bonus which I didn’t expect – the acupuncture on my face has stimulated collagen production and the skin around my jawline is much tighter which makes me look younger. My entire complexion has improved. I have also had numerous Quantum Biofeedback sessions with Dr. Wang which have greatly benefited my health. At each treatment, Dr. Wang is able to tell me precisely what is going on in my body at various levels. The biofeedback apparatus then specifically works on each of these issues. Every time I see Dr. Wang he offers me valuable lifestyle information about how to help myself through proper eating, herbs and specific exercises. And he always takes the time to listen! I visited Dr. Allen many years ago and have yet to find ANYONE who comes close. I no longer live in Toronto so am unable to visit but when I did go to Dr. Allen, I went several times and each time was better than the last. He is a healer in every sense of the world. He literally detects energy in your body to diagnose and treat you. He sensed I had a cyst in my ovaries based on the energy he was receiving and urged me to go to get an ultrasound. I did have a cyst. I sent my younger brother who had a growth on his spine that conventional doctors said would require multiple surgeries. Dr. Allen first of all sensed my brother's growth without him even telling him about it and then treated it in two sessions. It is completely gone to this day. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing man and his practice.

I've been a client of Dr. Allen and his colleagues for many years and can highly recommend them as the best acupuncturists that I’ve ever been to. Everyone at the Pain Relief Clinic is highly skilled, friendly, and professional. You leave their office a more relaxed person afterwards and honestly, like another reviewer said, you actually feel like you’ve just come back from a two week vacation. Highly recommend!

This has been my mom first experience with acupuncture, and it has been extremely beneficial. She has benefited from less sneezing and increased sleep after her treatment. Dr. Wang is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly treats you like a real person who is going through something. He listens and helps with your unique situation.
