Tyler was very attentive to our needs from Day 1 and guided the process thoroughly until the very end. I cannot say thank you enough, given how stressful moving can be - so we really appreciate it! Overall, an amazing community with excellent, friendly staff. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you all for helping to make this community such an amazing one to be part of!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow... A year later and things only getting better in this building. Very grateful for how supportive the management team has been in regards to problems as they have arisen. Karla has been attentive in helping me to solve issues and the building has taken a liking to my dog! The building is well maintained and remains pet friendly which has made this building a key part of our happiness! We love Ecentral!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience in applying for an apartment to getting approved to moving in. Specially Tyler was super helpful. He arranged for my stay for one week in a guest suite while my unit was getting ready. He was available to help and answer any query throughout the process to settle in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved in 2 weeks ago and the experience has been amazing. Our viewing with Hannah and Dianne was so thorough and professional and we were made to feel so welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Follow up was super efficient and we were approved a few days later ( there was a weekend in between so basically the next day!) with Hannah having made sure we had all the paperwork we needed and following up on her days off. A few growing pains when we first moved in (to be expected) and Jennifer and the maintenance team have been fantastic. Jen too has gone over and above to ensure we are happy and comfortable with an incredibly quick turn around time. So happy with our new home! Thank you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this is my second month here, I am really impressed by the maintenance team. The building is always clean and even the disposal room is very well maintained unlike other condos in TO.
I am giving a shout out to Jenifer from maintenance, I can't tell enough how much she is dedicated and would smartly find a solution to any problem. Hannah from leasing office is the best, she got everything done seamlessly for my move in. In general, the whole team is very responsive and they do care for the building and the tenants.

It is one of the best residential communities in the Midtown area. eCentral has various and clean amenities, so it makes the place to be more special and loved by residents. In addition, in units, all of things are very organized, clean, and cozy. I recommend this place to others.
