Dr. Brown is a wonderful dentist. As I was a new patient, Dr. Brown performed the cleaning and X-rays, etc. He is very warm, caring and attentive (as is his secretary, Elaine), and likes to hum to the radio and tell interesting stories while he works. I was surprised when he was all done, I didn't feel a thing.

I am a patient that suffers from dental anxiety and I have to tell you that I have never had an anxiety episode in the hands of Dr. Brown! He listens and he is patient and most importantly, his work is the best I've ever experienced. Thanks Dr. Brown for all that you have done for me and the others that I have referred to you. Everyone raves about you!!!! I would also like to give kudos to Elaine his Office Manager. She makes the first impression when you walk into this office . She is warm and welcoming and makes you feel at home - even on the first encounter! Elaine does not pre-book appointments. Instead she says, "when it's time to see Dr. Brown I will find you! And Iike clockwork, Elaine always tracks me down when it's time for my cleaning or regular check-up. What can I say... she's the BEST!!!!

Amazing Dentist and person. Very professional, reasonable cost, excellent work done on my teeth! I have never enjoyed a dental visit like I did with Dr. Steven Brown. Very personable and a delight to know !!!

Dr. Brown is amazing! I went to him for the first time last year and he was able to remove glue leftover on my front teeth from my braces removal (over a decade ago) that all previous dentist and hygienists had assumed was a permanent stain (and recommended expensive whitening to treat). My smile is greatly improved and I couldn't be happier about the experience.

These guys are the best! Dr.brown fixed my broken front tooth and it looks great. I went in recently with pain in my back tooth, the got me in on a cancellation (thanks, it hurt so much) and the hygienist cleaned it out asap it hurt but not as bad as the tooth pain! I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for 31+ years - he is just wonderful - careful, thorough and patient-centred!! However, recently my partner and I ran headlong into a significant issue. I booked our regular check-ups for a Thursday when my partner was off of work. We arrived and were told we would be seeing Dr. Diana, that Dr. Brown is now only working 2 days per week. I wasn’t happy about it but saw Dr Diana, as did my wife. She seemed pleasant and knowledgeable. She expressed concern that my top front teeth are very worn in the back, which is true. She recommended Invisalign braces to correct my bite, then she would do bonding for my very worn teeth. She noted that my partner has receding gums (which is also true) so recommended Invisalign also for her, saying that this would positively contribute to her gum issue. My partner started Invisalign a few weeks ago, while I had another appointment with her for today to begin this treatment. This did not happen - I was far too angry to proceed. On our arrival I asked a receptionist how it came to be that we had been booked to see Dr Brown during my last visit, but we were seen by Dr. Diana - that if he is semi-retiring he should have sent out a letter to his patients. We were told that the new owner of the practice - Dr. Diana - would not allow him to do so. I got angry, then angrier...thinking of the 31+ years of my loyalty, to be treated like nothing but a widget. And it dawned on me that on our first visit with her, she recommended Invisalign for both me and my partner. Now I wonder if she is more interested in her cut for the Invisalign for both of us than our health. I have never been treated so poorly, and said so to the receptionist. I am just beside myself with anger!! I am very, very sorry that Dr. Brown’s career is ending in this manner. I do not plan to be seen by Dr. Diana...in fact, will be writing to the Ontario College of Dental Surgeons about my experience.

For years, I have been going to this dental office and have always been so impressed with their expertise, professionalism, kindness, respect and skills in taking care of my many dental challenges. They have been great, the best dental office and staff members that I have ever gone to in my life. I highly recommend them. Five stars from me!
